Best New System in Columbus OH

Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.
Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. Technicians work very efficiently and very very timely. Explained warranty on work and took care to make sure each area was throughly cleaned. My husband and i would highly recommended this company.

Had several drain places out before Drain Masters that said they could unclog my sewer line and didn't. Drain Masters came out the day after I called them and had it cleared within an hour! Great service and very nice and knowledgeable employees that actually filled me in on what was happening and how to prevent it again. Would recommend to anyone.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. She helped me out by working around my son's school schedule to get Jesse, my awesome plumber, to my home as soon as possible. Jesse was nice and informative. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it , and gave me advice on a plumbing project that I plan to tackle in the near future. I would absolutely call Plumbing One again. Thanks Jesse!

We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.

This is a great company . They are kind, knowledgeable, caring, hard working, and they don't charge outlandish prices. They were all wonderful and helpful when my sister had to have her outside service line replaced.. I highly recommend them.

We needed an immediate service call as our water heater had gone out, was leaking and only had cold water. I called several friends for thoughts on referrals. Decided after calling around for estimates why not try a company that only repairs/replaces water heaters. They were here the same day, arrived the approximate time promised.
