Best New System in Columbus OH

Bob was very efficient in removing the nonworking ceiling fan and installing the new fan. He made sure the remote and the fan worked correctly. We were grateful he took the old fan with him when he left.

Tommy was super friendly and fixed our problem quickly!

Thursday night I turned on a light switch in the basement and it tripped the circuit. Reset the circuit and tried the switch again and it tripped the breaker again. This morning we called Quality Electric. They had a 1pm cancellation, so we took that. We were told that if the electrician finished his current job early, he could come out before that. We said fine, and Eric came out about noon. Turns out the problem was a fluorescent workshop light fixture that was not spliced in to the electrical wire correctly, and it chose last night to short. Eric corrected the wiring, and I asked him to check the light switch and an electrical outlet below the switch. The previous owner did some sketchy work in the house, and I wanted to make sure the switch and outlet were not problems waiting to happen. They weren't.

We also had Eric replace a kitchen ceiling light fixture with a cracked bulb receptacle that we had been meaning to have replaced.

We are very pleased with the work done, and with how quickly the company was able to get someone out here. The price for both jobs was also very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again for electrical issues.

I highly recommend this company. They returned my call promptly and were at my house within an hour. Nice people, fair pricing and very competent service. I'll use them again!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

They helped with a home sale. Fixed and remedied all items. Prices and service was great. Will def use them in the future for any electrical item. They were about 1/2 the price as the big company.

The best customer service I have had in a long time. I wasn't 100% sure on what was actually needed on the property and Rob filled in the blanks and made me feel not so dumb :)
I manage foreclosed homes for the Government and 99% of these properties are vacant, in horrible shape, and sometimes dangerous. Bradley Electric said no problem and all I had to do was have a lock box placed on the front door and the rest was history.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric. Walter was helpful and informative. My only complaint is that trying to get a reasonable time window out of the company itself is like pulling teeth.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.
