Best Line Repair And Installation in Columbus OH

I recently had Dan and Mike from Plumbing and Drain Professionals do some repairs in the house I am renting. They did such a wonderful job and were so accommodating that I felt compelled to contact you to tell you. Dan and Mike were incredibly professional and efficient in their troubleshooting of a very serious gas line problem. They were also pleasant company and kept the noise down to a dull roar. And not only did Dan and Mike perform miracles in this old house, but they were also willing and able to explain everything they were doing to a lay person and clean their work areas! They did a wonderful job, and in a really short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Excellent outcome for a root clogged drain from downspouts to the street. We live in a wooded area. The technician Dustn explained what he was doing and left everything buttoned down when he finished, for which I'm grateful. I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter.

The service tech was friendly and determined to solve our problem slow sink water problem.

Thomas was professional and on time. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything as he went through the a/c and furnace check.

Brandin (and James) were prompt and professional and explained everything that would be taking place including the need to access the outdoor spikets via need to cut drywall. Faucets were replaced, new pipe placed and all work well now. EXCEPT...
**** 1 - they didnt bother to reconnect my outdoor hoses. Now I'm dealing with trying to get my current setups reconnected & so far to no avail
2 - Having not been familiar with plumbing prices the price seemed higher than had been suggested by a private contractor who recommended Roto Rooter.
3 - Left drywall and remnants of their work on the floor where they made cuts i.e. didn't clean up after themselves. Also they didn't clean up after themselves. Having two outdoor faucets replaced cost $900

One of the only companies to offer a quote over the phone, and the technician came on a Sunday with short notice. They did all tasks as requested and provided excellent service throughout.

Like many of you we had a plumbing emergency. Lowe's came to install our new fridge and broke the valve in the process pouring water all over my basement. They said they couldn't help and just left. Then we called 5 different plumbers, none of which could come out the same day. Then, Mr. Rooter said they could come out and they were here within the hour.Enter Dustin...Dustin took amazing care of us, he quickly fixed the problem and showed us the issue, and he did it all with an amazing attitude. Then, he offered to do Lowe's job for them since then didn't do the job. So he spent over an hour adjust our fridge, assembling it, moving it into the house, and installing it. THAT is ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. We can't thank Mr. Rooter and Dustin enough. If they're smart, Mr. Rooter will have Dustin train all of their front line employees...Thanks Dustin!

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

I discovered water leaking from an upstairs toilet supply line at 0-dark-30. Having used Plumbing One in the past....I knew just who to call. A person actually answered the phone at 7:45...? We will be there between 10 and 11, will that work? EXCELLENT customer service, clean and professional work. All at a VERY reasonable rate. What more could you ask for? This is my honest and personal opinion, it was just another great experience using this company. Thank you Plumbing One!!

I hired these people to remove a bathroom sink which had cracked and install the replacement sink. They came early, which was nice. And the new sink is in. But I would never hire them again. They left a mess - silicon all over my granite counter top, the new sink, even the handle on my storm door. The sink is not properly centered in the opening. And they chipped my granite counter top and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. They rushed in and out of here and charged a lot of money.

If you are using anybody else, you are an idiot. Fast, fair and responsive. I called and they were here within 20 minutes. Showed me the problems, told me what they would do to fix them, and fixed them. This is my first call at this house, and used them twice before at my old house, always the same, great.

Checked for possible gas leak, thankfully none. Dave called in advance and came early. Very professional. Now 'no stressin with Hesson'.

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
