Best Line Cleaning in Columbus OH

Horrible pricing all of a sudden. All the techs I was used to working with on my properties are now gone and I understand why. They aren't your mom amd pops plumbing company, they charge 400$! To just snake a drain and they're main lines are double what everyone else is charging.

I dreaded the search for a plumber and I put it off for weeks. I had been gouged by big name franchises in the past. I picked G&M because the initials matched my mom's maiden name. What a lucky pick!!!
Troy was very professional and skilled. My chihuahua is a good judge of character, and they got along famously. Their plumbers dont work on commission, so Troy was efficient and thorough without trying to pad his hours or upsell me. I am very happy with Troy and G&M. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend that you do also. It will be a wise decision for your wallet and peace of mind.

Not helpful. They would not root clogged drain because the was a circle of water around the drain. The name of the company is Roto-Rooter and WATER CLEAN UP. Don't bother calling them. Use other plumbers

Terrible customer service. Had a toilet replaced and asked for the seat to be left. I have called 5 times and told the tech will drop off the part when he's in the area. I guess he hasn't had a job any where near the busiest inter-change in Columbus (Sawmill & 270) and their shop is only 15 minutes from my house. Last time I called I was told I'd get a call back that day or the following day. Well it's been a few days. About to call BBB to lodge a complaint.

I called a week ahead to schedule a visit to assess a toilet that was intermittently running and replace the transparent hose under my kitchen sink (from the dishwasher) which was 10 years old and a little moldy inside. Scheduling the visit went well and I anticipated an uneventful visit from the Baumann company. Two workers were sent for some reason, but it did appear as if the young man was in training mode. The hose was repaired, as well as the toilet. The workers did leave to purchase a part for the toilet.
My concerns are that I was billed for the time they were away, I was charged with a service call fee which I knew nothing about, I did not receive the receipt for the items that were purchased although I was specifically billed for them, and he described problems on the service call sheet that I did not say to him on the phone.
When the work was done and I received the bill, I had one of the workers contact the owner. After expressing my concerns, Mr. Baumann told me flatly: You should have asked, when I mentioned the service call fee (his workers were present and we were on speaker phone). He made it clear that he did not care about my concerns. It was my problem...and I still have not received a receipt for items he billed me for.
When I initially called, I told Mr. Baumann I had 2 projects, one at home and one which was business related and that the second would depend on how the first was handle. I guess he forgot that...or didn't care. Needless to say, I won't use him again or refer him to others.

I had A Mann/Apex plumbing come out and give me an estimate on our plumbing project. They came out the next day and exactly when they stated they would be coming. Adam was very professional. He was on time. He answered all of our questions and we appreciated his knowledge. I highly recommend this company and Adam based on the aforementioned facts.

Came out on short notice and did a great job. Cleaned out 2-drains and installed a new toilet. After they were gone there was no sign that they had even been there.

They were very polite and explained things well!

These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.

I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call Muetzel (like pretzel) for your honest and reliable plumbing needs.

The tech, Cori, was very skilled and cordial. He did an outstanding job especially handling the 50 gal waterheater by himself. He was especially creative with the small space afforded for the waterheater.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Thank you A-Sterling Plumbing. I’ve never had a pipe burst on me and I was really unsure of what to expect. I appreciate how thoroughly you explained everything to me and walked me through everything you were doing. Also, thank you for the follow-up phone call the next day. That shows me you really do care. There’s no doubt that if I have a plumbing issue in the future, I’ll be reaching out to you! (I hope I don’t but I’m sure it’ll happen eventually!). Thanks again!

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

The Service Techs, Ron and his son were on time, courteous and professional. I will call on them for my family plumbing needs in the future. Sincerely, Wm R Costello

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.

CPR came when scheduled , even called to let me know they were on the way. Fixed our main drain back-up in the hour specified and were totally courteous and professional. Would use them again and recommend!

Satisfied customer! Second tub clog in two months so I decided to go with a different company. I Googled plumbing and called two companies. The guy at the first company told me We're working in Powell, OH the next couple of days so call some where else! Second guy said well we don't do a trip fee and we don't charge by the hour but charge by the job. And I can't tell you what the approx cost will be too clear a tub clog. Called Hesson and explained my issues with him. Asked Hesson if he's unable to schedule me in today then another day is fine. He was able to get me in the same day! After hanging up, it was nice to receive an auto-text with agreed time of appt. Later, I received another reminder text of appt. David Hesson arrived on time and went straight to work! He cleared tub clog and stopped kitchen sink leak. The cost was in line with other companies. He also is the first plumber to give me a solution to the issue of the clothes washer draining to floor drain . Water suds always backed out of the drain for years but recently water will not go down the floor drain. He found another floor drain in the basement that the washer should actually be draining into. That will be fixed at a later time but soon. I will also hire Hesson to replace the old galvanized stack plumbing with PVC. So far, I'm happy I found Hesson Plumbing!

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Along with the rest of the staff we have used through custom care. We were very pleased with Montana. Thank you very much.
