I'm very pleased. The technician was pleasant, courteous, and professional, and he gave me good advice on how to prevent the problems with my drain clogging.

Communication has been superb and installation was completed professionally. They were able to provide a direct replacement for our water heater which was atypical for most residential applications. Most of their competitors wouldn’t even consider installing a direct replacement (even though the replacement heater was available).

Mistakes were made, but Brandin and Chad made it right, and restored my faith in RotoRooter! Brandin was very nice and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied.

The technician who came to my residence did a good job, he cleared out the blockage on my drainage system and did a good job cleaning up. Plumber diagnosed leaking P trap. Quoted $272 to replace. We declined. Plumber left pipes disconnected and departed. No one should use this service provider.

They responded quickly, was professional and was able to explain what their process, access my situation and gave me my cost upfront. They're not the cheapest but again if you need it done right now.The first plumber I called, came by and said that he didn't have the machine he needed and would be able to come back for 3 days and said don't use your toilets. Really? for 3 days? We called Roto-Rooter and got the issue resolved that day. Don't waste time, call the pros at Roto-Rooter. Nathan and Skyler, Thanks!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
