Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

Tina came out on Monday, July 25 and examined my clogged sump pump line. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It seems that tree roots are the culprit and part of the city sidewalk as well. I received their estimate, but it did not reflect everything that Tina and I discussed. I called the office for clarification on Wednesday and have heard nothing back. I hate being blown off! The 2 stars are for Tina and Kaylee, the customer agent. Those ladies deserve 5 stars. Charlie never got back to me about my concerns, so I am looking elsewhere for help.

Mr. Rooter answered the phone, and seemed happy to help us. They were there within one day and gave us great communication, photos, and step by step information about the process. Within 2 days all our troubles were down the drain on this old house!

I have nothing against the plumbers who came today they were both professional and nice but I do have a problem with this company who literally stood in my house for no more than 10 minutes and used my fuse that needed replaced they never used their own equipment but they have a minimum of a $105 to come to your house so for 10 minutes of doing pretty much nothing and using my supplies I got ripped off. I'm sorry but I will not recommend nor will I ever use them again.

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

Life savers!!! Had an underground water main break just outside of my home which was causing my sump pump to run 24/7 non stop! My condo association Called American Leak Detection and they were there within the hour and located the leak in no time. Thanks to the great team of Wolfe, Rich and Tim, my water pipe was repaired the same day! I would highly recommend this company and especially this team. So experienced and so polite. These guys make everything easier!! They replaced my water heater quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and I felt like the pricing was completely fair. It was a relief to have someone trustworthy to depend on through a scary time!! Tim from this group has done heating/cooling work for me before, so they've got established know-how and I appreciated how efficiently they took care of this for me! Very professional.

Used them once, and they were great. I just tried to use them again. And the girl who I talked to was obviously new. I have a leak under our house. And she said she had never heard of a leak under a house. And she didn't think they could help me with that. And she didn't know who to even tell me to call. I was just blown away by her response. ?‍♀️

I rarely post comments online. I am actually looking for a plumber to replace my water heater so I pulled out my folder of invoices from past plumbers we've used. I'm using them to jog my memory on who was good and who was not. I remember this one guy fixed my leak, but left a small mess after repairing a leak at my water meter in the basement. Reading these other posts, I was thinking that I shouldn't use these guys. Then wait! I had used them before. They fixed my leak, but I also evaluate service technicians on their professionalism and dedication to not just fixing the problem but leaving their work area as clean or cleaner than when they arrive. These guys did not so the other 1 star posts do not surprise me.
