our hot water tank went out and they came out the same day and put in a new one. Our water tank is located on the second floor and there wasn't a trace anyone had been in the house,very professional.

Consumer Beware!Working with this company is a nightmare. They damaged our ceiling grid during water mitigation repair of our floor. We have sent them estimates, general contractor phone numbers, and had our insurance adjuster contact the point person to get them to take the repair costs off of our bill. They refuse, by not calling us back, to correct our bill so that we can move on and get our basement repaired. From my experience, I would not go with this company.

The technician were on time and pleasant. They covered with me how they would replace current water heater. During installation an issue came up with the venting. They explained to me options and they ended up correctly the issue. Overall very please with the service from Fritz Baumann & Sons

James was amazing! Very kind and professional. Left my house at 9pm on a Saturday after 8 appointments that day, and the entire time he was extremely friendly, not once did he show any frustration. Great employee!

They arrived on time, gave an estimate and were able to complete the work in the same day. I had 2 external faucets replaced with water shut off valves added, as well as a cap for the gas line.

Damon and Jeff provided an excellent service on my underground drains. They came equipped the necessary machinery and accomplished the job in short order and to my satisfaction. Same day service.

Incredibly quick response from my initial call in for help (btw Customer service guy that answered the phone was helpful and great). Good comms on estimated time of arrival. Derrick Henderson showed up within the hour. Incredibly nice and genuine guy.....plus he is great technically. Kept me informed on progress and helped me understand the process. Truly a great experience Love their TV commercials but never had to use them until now. Impressed!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!
