Their costs were higher than expected. The electrician did not staple all the new wires and did not clean up completely. I called their office the following day, and left detailed frustration to their secretary. Their owner never called me back to resolve the problem.

Company diagnosed issue and gave me a quote. When they arrived to do the work they did not have supplies needed/seemed confused on agreed scope of work to be completed. They said they would have to charge me for time to go get supplies even though we had agreed on work order approximately two weeks ago. I called owner to discuss but no response. Very unprofessional.

I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

Dave did an amazing job! We are doing a kitchen renovation and ran into several issues and Dave came out and was able to diagnose several issues and suggested ways to fix them and allow us to complete our project. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared insight into other issues we faced. If I could I would give more than five stars!

I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

Crazy, expensive! Parts are ridiculously overpriced. When asked for explanations about why certain new parts were replaced, the mechanic who did it, didn't have a satisfactory answer. Would not recommend for any reason. They give the RV trade a bad name ?

The owner of the company is a racist, hateful person. They are just horrible, rude and terrible at their job. Please take your business somewhere who really about their work and reputation.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
