Our sump quit working 12/24/15. We called them out urgently as we were going out of town 12/26. They sent out a dufus who put in a new sump but could not get the lid on. All for $2200. We could hear the sump from our bedroom and it seemed to run all the time. We called the dufus back out and he said it was working fine. He could not explain why it was running all the time and loud. Fortunately, the Basement Guy, found a leak in the pipe, put in a quieter high capacity sump, closed the lid for $600 and we are sleeping soundly again. Do not use these rip-off artists.

I CANNOT say ENOUGH about how AWESOME Fritz Baumann & Sons are! They truly saved the day when my tenant was without heat or hot water - quickly and professionally - on a day I know that every plumber was slammed with emergencies due to the freezing temperatures. Their work is excellent. I TRULY appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend.

I scheduled an appt to have my water pipe fixed. They tell me 0800-1300 appt time and force me to stay awake while working night shift, then message me 1201 confirming my appointment and then canceling 15 minute's later! Not only am I losing money calling off work to be present for a technician but now I have to start over calling other company's with no running water in my house. Thanks for being a waste of time Apex.

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. My technician John Gleason was very good at explaining what he was doing and did a great job cleaning up the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I called at 9am to get an appointment and someone was there by 10:30am. Overall a great experience.

Same day service was a blessing. Very nice people who solved the problem quickly.

Several trips out and my drain is still clogged. They have lost a customer.

This is the worst experience ever. The plumber Matt will lie to the service warranty company to get your claim denied and RIP you off your service fee and never come back. They do nothing but change their company name to trick people into using them. Please be advised.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

He is helpful can handle his job very well and quickly but he is not reported on time, he needs to improve on that.

My main shutoff valve was leaking and I had it replaced. Everything went perfectly, quickly, and it was much less expensive than other places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

MB Plumbing was on time and did an amazing job on our new hot water tank. Joe the Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!
