our hot water tank went out and they came out the same day and put in a new one. Our water tank is located on the second floor and there wasn't a trace anyone had been in the house,very professional.

We were not sure where the water leak was. Josh took pictures of everything to send to our insurance. Tested floors and walls for moisture. Showed me how to submit a claim ..but they charged me $300.00 to fix a washer that took 5 minutes and $300.00 to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling that also only took a few minutes...then they waited 3 days before coming back to start drying the plaster and floors. I got several phone calls from Mathew telling me he was on his way and then he didn't come. He left the fans which were way to noisy...but didn't pull up the flooring so the sub floors could dry. He pulled all the baseboards and trim from around the doors off...?? not sure if this was necessary. My biggest concern is that they would not listen to us or any suggestions that we made. NO we will not refer you to others. TERRIBLE JOB

Hired Waterworks to fix our dryer vent connection inside. The Tech arrived on time and did a terrific job.My only complaint is that Waterworks doesn't do more stuff...electrical, painting..etc. as they are the BEST at Customer Service & responsiveness.

I called Apex at around 1PM after finding out that our furnace died overnight. We woke up to a 45 degree house! We got a same day appointment scheduled, and a tech was at our house by 3PM. Andrew did a quick diagnosis, found the problem, and was happy to answer ALL of my Wife and I's many, many questions. He quickly tracked down the part, got it replaced, and got our heat running. While he was working, he gave us all kinds of suggestions for things we can do to improve our heating and cooling system, and tons of other things around our house. Called Mr Rooter after my sewer main was backing up. They were out within an hour. Torrey was professional as could be. He was prompt and explained everything perfectly. Got my line cleared in no time.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Drew and his team were great today. They showed up on time and got right to the problem of pipes for the kitchen sink and dishwasher freezing. After re-routing piping to be away from the outside wall and into the crawlspace further, they checked all their work to assure no leaks or issues. Real good experience. I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

Replaced pipe for gas lines to all appliances, due to leaks. Learned alot over the course of this process about various product. Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

Tommy is a coward and liar. I had Tommy come to my home three weeks ago to investigate a water leak I was having from my second floor bathroom. He told me that it would be two weeks before someone could come to my home to make the repair. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I called him to get an update on their schedule. I asked him point blank if he would be able to service my home in the next week since I am 5 months PREGNANT and without a shower (it is my only full bathroom). He assured me it would be Wednesday and Thursday of the next week. I called at the beginning of the week and received no reply. I sent him an email and he told me that he could not get to me until late September or early October. My issue with Calhoun is that if he would have been honest and transparent from the beginning instead of lying, I could have found another company to service my home. TOMMY completely waisted my time and had no remorse for his actions. He did not care that as a pregnant woman I had to constantly go to my neighbors house to shower and walk two flights of stairs just to use the bathroom. Moral of the story: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALHOUN!!!!!
