A pipe burst in our home during a stretch of cold days and damaged one of our ceilings. Many people in our area needed plumbing assistance due to the weather, so we had a difficult time finding a company that would be able to help us on the same day - one company said it would take at least two weeks, another was able to schedule someone for the next day (that company's customer support also mentioned that there was no way we'd be able to find plumbers who would be able to come that day due to the activity in the area).We called Waterworks at about 9:30am, and a technician was able to come to our house by 10:30am. Our pipe was fixed and our water was running again by 11:30am.Later in the day we identified more damage caused by the weather, and Waterworks was able to schedule another visit for us first thing in the morning the next day, which resolved the additional damage.So - in less than 24 hours, Waterworks was able to schedule two visits to our home and completely resolve our issues. If we had gone with another company, we likely still wouldn't even have running water at the time I'm writing this review.We'll definitely contact Waterworks in the future when we have plumbing issues. Josh was awesome, loved how he talked me through the issue. Super clean, he left my area cleaner than he found it. He arrived right on time and was able to finish super quick!

Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

I hired Gunther Plumbing to bring in a gas line to our kitchen. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. Travis is quick to respond to text messages! When Travis and Mike showed up to our house (RIGHT ON TIME!), they discovered that the job would be slightly more difficult than planned, but forged ahead nonetheless! They were very polite, maintained physical distancing AND the final cost came in less than the estimate! I will definitely use them for future work!

Working with Phil was nothing less than 5 stars. His communication, timeliness, value, and work quality was amazing. Phil installed a underground gas line from our meter to our new grill and fireplace pit. I would recommend Phil to anyone I know.
