This company is great at working with your schedule and does fantastic work!

Our tech, Brian, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was in an out in less than an hour and fixed our broken pipe to the bathtub perfectly. He got the job done for less than what was estimated and I learned they will come out anytime without a ridiculous after hour fee like other companies. I waited and wasted my entire Sunday waiting on another company to come out that never showed. I wish I would of called them first! Roto Rooter was a great experience from the second I called. Even the customer service agent, I believe was Carlos, who made my appointment was very kind, helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

My house had a leaky pipe, I tried but couldn't fix it. I called and they had Mark come out in the middle of the night. Mark was as professional as they come. Absolutely would recommend him. Not only fixed it but advised how to prevent it from happening again.

Contacted Accurate on a Monday to schedule service on my sump pump (which had gone out)...Mike squeezed me into the schedule for the following day. Service Rep (Mike) came out promptly and installed a new sump pump - very responsive, knowledgeable and quick! Definitely recommend them...Thank you!

We had a small leak coming from our upstairs bathroom, their employee replaced the part and wax ring around the toilet, but DID NOT TIGHTEN the connection properly. This resulted in a much larger problem and leak than we had initially, and caused much more damage to our downstairs ceiling. We called the plumber immediately after explaining that something wasn't right, but he belittled my wife and basically blew her off three times. It was only when I called and insisted that he go back to check that he did, saw that he screwed up, and fixed it properly. Oh, and they refused to do anything about the damage to the ceiling below. With so many plumbers in the area, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

They are extremely professional and willing to get the job done right!!! Home Shield sent a prior contractor who was more concerned with providing incorrect information and being biased.
