Gary R. was phenomenal! He was friendly and welcoming when I met him outside which made me comfortable with him entering my home. He found my water leak in less then 5 minutes and showed me exactly what is leaking on my basement. Thank you! I will definitely use y’all’s services again!

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time John Gleason has provided service at our home. As always, he's super friendly, professional, and does the work in a timely and clean manner.

DJ and Daniel were very professional and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I had been working on the problem myself and didn't have the skills or equipment to remove a metal pipe that had collapsed in on itself. A common problem with older homes. They showed me the cutout old pipe, installed the proper new PVC, cleaned it up all nice and shiny, and I thought that for a plumber the price was very reasonable.

Liars. Dishonest scheduling team. The woman, Dee-Dee is amazingly rude and I'm surprised they make any money with her answering the phones. Lies all around and I can see why there haven't been any positive reviews in the last few years. Don't trust this company!!!

He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else.
