I recently had Dan and Mike from Plumbing and Drain Professionals do some repairs in the house I am renting. They did such a wonderful job and were so accommodating that I felt compelled to contact you to tell you. Dan and Mike were incredibly professional and efficient in their troubleshooting of a very serious gas line problem. They were also pleasant company and kept the noise down to a dull roar. And not only did Dan and Mike perform miracles in this old house, but they were also willing and able to explain everything they were doing to a lay person and clean their work areas! They did a wonderful job, and in a really short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Mr. Rooter may charge more than other crews, but they came when we needed them and worked till completion. Anybody else we tried couldn't fit us in for two or more weeks. When your sewer lines are failing, two weeks is not ideal.Will and all the Mr. Rooter employees who worked with us were professional, skilled, affable, respectful, and very hard workers. We couldn't be more pleased to a.) have our sewer issue resolved, b.) have had such a good result, and c.) were fortunate enough to have Will assigned to our work project. Diagnosing and fixing sewer issues is a dirty, labor intensive job but I'm thankful we were able to get help without delay; our crisis happened just before Thanksgiving, of course. Will carefully explained each step and answered every question. He worked tirelessly and with the utmost care. He cleaned up the work site when he was finished. I appreciate every detail. Give him a raise!! :)

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Fast and fair. Called them this morning to unclog our disposer. They were here within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Only charged us for an express service call even though he had to take apart the plumbing under the sink to fix it. Very fair!!

After careful research I wanted a home electric heat pump water heater as the most efficient and least greenhouse gas producing option.
I called many plumbing and appliance companies and could not find any with expertise installing this kind of device.
The installation was a retrofit into a 110 year old house with a fortress limestone basement. The salesrep on the phone was well informed. He asked many questions. I sent photographs and dimensions to ensure that the old heater could be removed and the new one installed. We discussed the exit for the exhaust duct and the need for a condensate drain. I asked for a pre-install visit to check the suitability of the site. I (and the company) should have insisted on one.
An electrician installed the 240 volt circuit for the furnace room.
The crew arrived on time. The exhaust duct plan was a no-go. The condensate drain was not planned. The owner, a really nice and knowledgeable guy, promptly came over and we worked out good alternatives. However that required a condensate pump with a 110 outlet in the furnace room. I handled that issue easily enough but the condensate pump was a small add on.
The system works great. Two tons less of greenhouse gasses per year. Large tax credits, rebates offset a substantial part of the higher equipment cost. Utility savings will be ~$450 per year.
Bottom line. This is a very good company. However, this is a different kind of appliance than a tradition water heater. Insist on an on-site pre-installation visit before committing to an installation.

Travis is a very honest person. I wish every plumber has an ethic like him. He installed my mom sink and helped solve sump pump discharge pipe issue. I wished my mom called him first before she called ECO PLUMBER. I am very thanksful that he in my area.

Service was prompt, polite and the installation was excellent.
