No complaints here! Daniel my plumbing professional was a true professional an would highly recommend to take care of any plumbing need!

I had a drainage problem and Waterworks responded very fast discussed the issue with me and made me feel comfortable with the work completed.
The support staff communicated appointment schedule with me and techs were on time.

Absolutely not. This was the worst attempt at a cash grab I have witnessed using a contractor of any kind in my entire life. A slow leaking water shutoff valve needed to be replaced in our home, so we called Apex for an estimate. To be fair their answering service and scheduling people were really nice and easy to deal with but the plumber who arrived on site was an absolute joke. He provided us with an estimate of $880.00 to install a premium 3/4 main water shutoff valve. That's $880.00 to replace a single valve, similar to a standard shut off valve (think garden hose), on a pipe that was easily accessible with no obstructions. A local plumber at $50 p/hr estimated 2-2.5 hours (max) with a premium stainless valve for under $300 total for the same job. Side note: since we're in Columbus, we (home owners) have to call to have the city turn-off and then turn-on the water to the house before and after service, not Apex. Plumber seemed confused when I politely showed him the door after he asked if I had any questions and if I wanted to move forward... Never again!

Flooded basement and they got to me with in a hour cause of other services they were on. Tommy stone was great installed a sump pump in a timely fashion and did a all around great job . Next job I have I will ask for him .Thanks !

New water heater installed in less than 24 hours from initial call. Cost was good. Representatives, both on the phone, and in person, were both friendly and professional. Service was quick. Thanks!

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. Good people, low cost

Tim came out on short notice and fixed my shower cartridge after another company tried to “fix” it. The other company was going to try to bill me for more work than what was needed and I called these guys to come out and fix the problem after I told the other company to leave. Tim was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and his company if your looking for a quality repair and a reasonable price. Don’t make the mistake I did and just call him first.

I signed up for maintenance for my hot water heater. Hesson is the first plumbing company I call for any type of plumbing issue. They’re professional and reliable. A+++

Great Job

I've used Calhoun twice now and each time they are on time and get the job done right. The first time was to install a gas line from my basement to the kitchen so that we could install a gas range. The second time was for a leak in our basement. John came out and was running ahead of schedule. He called before coming out to make sure we were available for the early arrival. He listened to our theories and found the very likely source of the leak without any damage to the house. He will be back to make sure it's correct and put the permanent fix into place. We feel very comfortable with the Calhoun plumbers in our home and they have been so nice and very reasonably priced.
