If you are like me you are probably searching the review section of the comments before you choose who you will call. I promise you won’t regret calling plumbing & drain professionals. I had an issue with water damage and I needed to find the source and have the floors repaired.. Dan came out and replaced the flanges and installed new toilets. He also helped to educate me with what was going on. Then I got my floors replaced and he came back out and reset my toilets and make sure they were bolted down. Very professional and friendly!

We had a couple of guys come out this past Monday I wish I could remember their names but I'm an old guy now, I wanted them to install this washer box with hammer arrestors in a difficult piping situation so they took it on, did a beautiful looking pipe routing but the valves on the box were bad resulting in a dreaching for the tech, after a change of clothes(pro tip) and some good humor, which I appreciated, he put in some nice valves he had in the truck. He also told me about hammer arrestors that attached to valves so I got some of those and put them on the back of the washer. All of this resulted in a very solid solution to the problem I was having. I appreciate those guys whose names I should be able to recall being professional and human. Will use again and recommend. Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

We had an emergency situation in Newark and made numerous calls for service and Apex was the only service willing to come out the same day, all others said it would be 2 weeks before they could even evaluate the issue. I appreciated the texting system snd responsiveness. The technician, Josh was professional and friendly, thorough and extremely neat and respectful of the fact I work from home and was on multiple conference calls during the time he was working. Josh completed the work and explained everything throughout the day. I would recommend Apex to anyone and would use them again.

Devon was great. I had 3 toilets installed and a kitchen faucet. The installation was professionally done and everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company

The end was much better than the beginning of this experience. I originally called Mr. Rooter for emergency leak that occurred as I was leaving for vacation11/19. They supposed to be there, that day, but didn’t make it until the next day. My young adult daughter called today the bill was $600. I was shocked that they didn’t talk to me to discuss the repairs before doing them. For some reason, I ended up with a new kitchen faucet during this process. So that same faucet that they selected broke and they found that it was under warranty and had it shipped to my home, but stated it would be a $151 fee to install and failed faucet, that they selected. I was beyond upset! The rep stated his manager would call me but didn’t, so I called and left a couple messages, asked for his manager and the reception was very reluctant to offer me that information. I received many updates via phone. Once the sink was delivered it took 2 days to get someone out to repair. Which I did receive a call from the manager and he didn’t charge the $151. The moral of the story is stand behind your chosen product and treat customers like you’d like to be treated.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

Had Jess from Plumbing One come to my house for a main water valve replacement, significant leak on an outdoor hose spigot and a tub spout that I couldnt remove on my own.

Couldn't be happier with the service and results. Highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them for any future needs I have.

I hired these people to remove a bathroom sink which had cracked and install the replacement sink. They came early, which was nice. And the new sink is in. But I would never hire them again. They left a mess - silicon all over my granite counter top, the new sink, even the handle on my storm door. The sink is not properly centered in the opening. And they chipped my granite counter top and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. They rushed in and out of here and charged a lot of money.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. I can’t say enough compliments about Gary and Discount Plumbing. I woke up and no hot water. My old tank had gone well past it’s prime. I thought perhaps it just needed repaired. Gary said he had two jobs ahead of me and would call when he was on his way. In the meantime another company came to estimate and said I needed a new Hot Water heater and gave me a sky high quote. Gary came over and not only did he replace the water heater, he replaced it same night for considerably less money than the other company. I might also add that it was in a very small closet sharing space with the furnace. He hadn’t expected that but didn’t raise the price at all. It was already late in the day but he got us up and running by 8:30 PM and we had plenty of hot water for showers by bedtime. He still had another call to go to! He cleaned up and took the old heater off our hands and the big box the new one came in. I’ve found my plumber for life!

Communicated twice for an estimate. Never heard back from them again! Lucky and found a very reliable professional and got the job done.

Tommy is a coward and liar. I had Tommy come to my home three weeks ago to investigate a water leak I was having from my second floor bathroom. He told me that it would be two weeks before someone could come to my home to make the repair. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I called him to get an update on their schedule. I asked him point blank if he would be able to service my home in the next week since I am 5 months PREGNANT and without a shower (it is my only full bathroom). He assured me it would be Wednesday and Thursday of the next week. I called at the beginning of the week and received no reply. I sent him an email and he told me that he could not get to me until late September or early October. My issue with Calhoun is that if he would have been honest and transparent from the beginning instead of lying, I could have found another company to service my home. TOMMY completely waisted my time and had no remorse for his actions. He did not care that as a pregnant woman I had to constantly go to my neighbors house to shower and walk two flights of stairs just to use the bathroom. Moral of the story: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALHOUN!!!!!
