They were mixed up about the time, so I ended up waiting many hours. But when the guy finally came, he wasn't GREAT! Very thorough in diagnosing and explaining the problem to me, both before and after completing the work. I am satisfied.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Paul was his name I believe, was so thorough and to the point. I describe what was going on and what the referring plumbing company had said. Showed him the things he asked for and bam he got to work and in literally 3 minutes he had found our leak and describing the next steps for me. This is my first experience with this company and would 100% do business with them again. They their report and estimated electronically so that’s a plus on my book. Paul’s expertise, confidence in the source of the problem and his attack of the situation sold me on using them to fix the problem not just detecting it. Dean was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond. We had a pipe coming from our sump pump to the outside that was leaking underground that we were not aware was leaking. All we knew is the sump pump would never shut off. We had other plumbers from other companies who did not know what the problem could be. Dean immediately found the problem outside without even running a camera. When his coworker Rob dug into the area there was the broken pipe and the water just kept turning over in the same spot. It turned out to be a corregated pipe that apparently should not have ever been used. The whole area needed to be replaced with solid pvc pipe. Dean worked with us to obtain a loan and spent time making sure it was set up correctly. He was so kind, knowleagable and professional. I cannot sing enough praises for the customer service these two young men provided. Additionally the crew to fix the area would not be arriving for another two days so in the meantime Rob dug a trench to drain the water. Thank you Dean and Rob for your excellent services!

Liars. Dishonest scheduling team. The woman, Dee-Dee is amazingly rude and I'm surprised they make any money with her answering the phones. Lies all around and I can see why there haven't been any positive reviews in the last few years. Don't trust this company!!!
