Rodney did an amazing job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the leak. 2 other plumbing companies have looked at the leak and did not have any idea. Can't recommend waterworks and Rodney more!

Great service from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was very friendly. I needed to have the water lines in my bathroom shifted in order to install a new vanity. This was by no means an emergency so I wasn't expecting any service that day. They showed up 30 minutes later (they called first of course). I was amazed.I met with Trevor to go over the issue. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few options. He never tries to pressure me to go with the most expensive option and was very patient in explaining all of them. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and even gave me maintenance tips. I never felt rushed to make a choice. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice and got me on the schedule right away.The quality of work was as good as the service. He cleaned up after he was done and explained what he had done to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I even got a follow up call a couple of days later to ensure that all was going well. Great service! I highly recommend using Apex!

I was vey pleased with Matt the technician. He tried everything before I decided to install a new sump pump system was the best solution. Matt was fast and efficient with the work. I can not say enough good things about Matt and the service I received. I would use them again.

Everything about my experience with this company and their service was without a doubt the best I’ve had. I’ve called many companies for repairs and/or installs and this tops them all. The quick service. The knowledge and expertise. The kindness, which often gets overlooked. Every aspect of their service was excellent. I truly recommend Jason and his team for any plumbing needs. Complete professional. Oh, and he fixed an issue in minutes that the other company (3 hours later) could not.

Service tech arrived early. Was very courteous and made a fast diagnosis of the problem. However, he recommended an prohibitively expensive repair or total system replacement. Another company found the source of the problem, corrected it and replaced a compromised part. The system is now working well again.

I have used this company for several years. The technician that came out was a young guy that did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.
