Matt and Dustin discussed with me the changes to the plumbing that I needed and determined the best way to separate the cold water in the kitchen from my softener system so that I could filter my water using a countertop Berkey Filter. The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

First of all, they called me at the last min. to tell me they couldn't come. Had to wait another week after I had already taken a day off work, thinking they were coming. So the next week they came but not until dinner time. It was 6p.m. I thought the gentleman who came was very nice and polite, but they didn't set a good example for a new customer.

I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

Jesse came and installed cabinets in my kitchen. He was extremely experienced and left me with the professionally finished look that I was hoping for! I can’t recommend Hemminger enough for kitchen repairs!
