Update! Andrew from Waterworks was able to complete the job. We had a bad leak due to the winter storm and frigid weather. Waterworks was able to come out and remedy the leaks for us! Thank you for helping us!*******************My Family and I are still suffering with our water emergency! On Christmas Eve our pipes burst due to the cold weather! We called Water Works! I spoke with Collin at 6:00 AM. He said he had 1 job ahead of me and will see me in 4.5 hours! He took my credit card information to secure my slot! Since it was the holidays they charge an additional 190.00 just to come out and diagnose to problem. The dispatcher also called to Confirm! She said since Delaware is now a Level 2 Collin will come out! No one EVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP! THEY TOOK MY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE! NOW IM SCARED! If they were honest I could have gotten another company to help us! Its Christmas and My Family is still in crisis! Why would they take my Credit Card and not Show up or Call! I may have been defrauded! They took advantage of a desperate situation! Highly Disappointed!********************Update! I received a call from the company this morning. They said they will send someone out today! I will keep everyone posted! I understand that a lot if Family's are experiencing similar crisis! I'm hoping they come out!

My plumber Nathan Shaffer was fantastic. He was very informative both with tips about the job and also went out of his way to tell me some new home owner tips! Nathan and Olli both were very professional, helpful and had the job done quickly.

Very professional and friendly service. Dan came out on his way home and gave an accurate estimate. The crew showed up and got the job done. They didn't try to sell me anything or give me a false time frame for the job. Would highly recommend and I will use them again.

technician Steve Wolf was on time and immediately started to work. I do not know the name of his assistant but he appeared knowledgeable and helpful. Steve tested everywhere a leak could occur. Excellent job. Would use again

Our home warranty sent them a request and sent them reminders to expedite. They claim to be open 24X7, but I have called and left several messages for them for the last 4 hours and nobody has returned our class or even respond to the AHS work order to expedite. Meanwhile my family is without water and dealing with the leaks from a broken water heater before it floods our entire basement. Don’t claim to be open 24X7 if you are not.

As you can see the service isn’t good. Any there drivers are allowed to have road rage and hit your vehicle and then play crazy like you hit them. Be careful of how you spend your money and business you support in your community

Aaron did a great job with the estimate and installation of my new water heater. He took his time to answer all of the questions and did not look like he was bothered by all the questions. A true professional.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

As an out of town land lord it is really hard to find good plumbers that you can trust. 1-Tom-Plumber's Columbus location is fairly new, but I have used their other location and these guys are awesome! They are the only plumber/drain-cleaner I will use! I am so glad that they are now servicing my Columbus properties! Great quality work, honest, and great customer service!!!

Zach was very polite. He did a great job installing out new garbage disposal! We have had problems with the scheduling with Lowes, but Zach was very accommodating in still making sure to get the installation done!! Thank you!!

Shane and Brian did amazing work! They replaced our water heater a while back and came out to do our plumbing inspection. In the process, they found out that our furnace and ac units were unsafe and needed to be replaced. They work hourly and not on commission to sell us anything. They walked us through the reasoning and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend this place for any heating, cooling and electrical needs.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

Phil was not only polite but also extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the process step by step, and I received excellent customer service.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).
