Apex sent Chris over to fix a leaky pipe down in the crawl space today, Chris was very quick and efficient. Apex was a bit pricey but well worth it.

Alden was super professional, very knowledgable, and did a great job. Muetzel was easy to contact, and sent the repairman right away. Service was friendly and would 100% use again if needed.

Angel was great he's a hard worker. Very professional and knowledgeable. He had another gentleman with him Jamie I believe he was in training he was also very kind and professional. I have used Mr. Rooter of Blacklick before and will continue to use them in the future. The office staff is always professional. Costs of repairs are very reasonable.

Great company! I had another company come out before Carpenter. They told me I needed to replace the heater and A/C for &12,000.00. Carpenters team came out and found nothing wrong weigh either. Very honest, friendly and professional! When I do need to replace my hvac they will be my first call.

My company built a multi family building which presented a leak which no other company was able to find. American leak detection came in and located the leak in a very strategic fashion without any damage to the structure. It was captivating to watch them work. It was very methodical and they explained why they were doing what they were doing every step of the way. I just wish we had called them earlier before we cut drywall and removed flooring to try to find the leak our self. I would absolutely call them first in the future. I called them on Wednesday they sent abraham out to give me an estimate to replace my cast iron main stack in my house he came out on time looked over every thing gave me their estimate and told me to get other estimates to make sure I wanted them to do my work which I did and they had the best price and besides that really seemed to know what they were talking about so I called them back on Thursday they were back at my home on Friday morning got the job done and cleaned up walked me through everything they did so happy with this company I will never call anyone else after this

D&L Plumbing did a job for a rental property that backs up to our home and in doing so, tore down our fence and killed two of our trees without notifying us they would be working on our property to access underground sewer lines. When we finally tracked them down, they told us they would return in 30 days to grade, seed and repair the damage but it is now approaching 60 days and they have not returned. The owner will not return our calls and the eyesore you see in these photos is what our back yard has looked like for nearly 2 months. We are preparing to list our home for sale and are very displeased with the lack of response and resolution from D&L Plumbing. It sadly looks as though we will have to seek legal recourse to get anything done. The property owner, Carrie C McMillan, is related to the owner of D&L and when we call her to seek a resolution, she simply hangs up on us.

After calling around pricing water heaters when ours blew up I stumbled upon this little gem of a company. Let me say I called rotor rooter first and they wanted nearly twice the money to install one and was very shady about who was going to do the install and their experience. After calling water heaters plus I was impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of literally all of their staff. The manager who answered the phone patiently walked me through shutting my water of to the water heater and not the whole house preventing further damage until they arrived. I can’t thank them enough for that! The driver was a little bit late and he did call to let me know but I understand he was on another job and with the quality of service done he sure took his time at my place too and did not do a rush job. He walked me through everything that I needed to do to shut my water heater off in a emergency or when I’m on vacation. He set my temperature and went and made sure everything was working before he left. He was very clean and kept his work area organized and even offered to mop up the mess from the leak but I declined so he can get to his next job and provide them with fabulous service. I was really impressed with how he managed not to get any dirt on my white carpet. He made sure to put the old water heater in a bag so it wouldn’t leak and he wore covers over his shoes. I was worried about that and I didn’t even have to tell him. Thanks your super impressed customer for life Janet!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

We needed a plumber preferably the same day. We called and Deborah was so upbeat and positive and said she would check with service team in the field. She called back in 10 minutes and had a plumber scheduled for later in the day. Todd arrived, master plumber for 30 some years. Great personality and went right to work. Had the parts we needed and completed the repair in half hour. Excellent experience.
