The gentleman that came out, did a wonderful job. He was prompt in his arrival and he was very clear with what he was doing at each step and did a great job giving me options and quoting me pricing before he used any additional parts or labor. I am very happy with the work that he did. My family members use The Waterworks for plumbing and after my experience, I will continue to as well.

Heat went out and called at 0830. By 1100 had someone there and the problem fixed. Very professional technician that was knowledgeable and answered questions.

We were told we had a 'bellied line'. We had never heard of this, so we called several companies for second opinions and to compare quotes. Mr. Rooter best described the issue (showed us on camera). Josh did a great job explaining the scope of the work and we chose Mr. Rooter as a result of his professionalism and Mr. Rooter's guarantee. The company sent a technician named Will Huffman. I cant speak highly enough of how Will represented his brand. His professionalism, his workmanship and the care he took to protect the areas of our home that he came in contact with were recognized and appreciate! During the noisy parts of his work or doing the brief times the facilities were down, Will gave us plenty of notice to ensure we were prepared and comfortable. At the end of the project, the area was left impeccable! It was a costly repair, however the financing options were helpful. I am very satisfied with the work done on my home! Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

Terrible. There are intermittent sewage fumes escaping from my toilet. A quick google search shows that this is a common problem caused by a wax seal from the floor to the toilet that needs replaced. They told me i don't have a sewage vent and the wax has nothing to do with it. They took my money for diagnosing the problem and did nothing to help me. Avoid

Leak detection

Our furnace was fixed......at an unreasonable price! We were charged $1013 for a blower motor and no one has this part for not more than $250. In addition, we paid $575 to have our fan cleaned which was done outside our home just hosing it off. Our total cost was $1702. Technician was nice and polite, but feel like this company really took advantage. We just feel that it was cold outside and definitely price gouging!!

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

I was without heat for 3 days while other companies told me they couldn’t find the broken part anywhere in town or just never called or came back! 2 companies told me I needed to replace the furnace. Buckeye came out 1 hr after I called on the 3rd day, had the furnace running in 30 min. with a “bypass” while the guys went to pick up the part that no one else in town was able to find! 2 hours later my furnace was fixed for 1/3 the price others had quoted!
