Best Heating / Cooling in Columbus OH

I have used this company once before about 6 months ago and the service was great. This time around, not so much.I originally scheduled my appointment for Friday October 23rd with an arrival time of 8am to 12pm. The receptionist advised me to check out their website for a coupon. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. I called at 12:10pm to check the status and was advised the tech was running late. I had another appointment that day at 1:30pm somewhere else so I could not wait for the technician to arrive. I rescheduled for November 6th(today) the technician arrived and said they would have to complete a smoke test to see where the Oder was coming from. I said okay and will call to schedule this test after the holidays. I presented my coupon to the technician and was advised I could not use it for a service call. Although the coupon was specifically for a service call it was not honored. The technician was polite and courtesy he wore his mask and did everything well, however I take pride in honesty and integrity and I do not feel this was handled correctly. I will probably have the work completed elsewhere due to the dishonesty.

Update !!!! No return calls or e-mails that shows a lot on a sooooo called professional company !!! Waste of time to make appointments !!! Or even try to join the company on a position !!! They waste you're time if you dont have pockets full of cash to spend or years and years of experience to give them for low hourly pay they will not even know you're there 30 plus days with no return calls or e-mails for esteemed work that needs done and positions at there location that need filled this place is a waste of time beawear!!!!

Nicole was professional and did a fine job with my plumbing problem. This company will be my go-to folks for plumbing problems.

Ed came to the house and was professional. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered my questions. He even went the extra step of removing all of the dust from the main unit by hand as he was testing the various components.

The service tech Lavon Haynes was very knowledgeable about my A/C unit with even having advanced knowledge of the type of system he was coming out to work on. I appreciate his due diligence and taking ownership of the service I requested. Will surely be having all of hearing and cooling maintenance preformed by Stevenson service experts in the future. The installers did an excellent job, in a timely manner, showed us how to use the system, and left the house cleaner than they found it.
