Was very happy with how quick they could come out to replace my water heater. Ivan was very professional and did a great job working within the difficult space in my house to remove and install a new water heater. Would recommend! Thank you!

A little more expensive than I thought. Was charged a full hour for a 10 minute service call.

I would highly recommend Carpenter heating and cooling. For this main reason!! I had a competitor come out and wanted to charge me $1600 or $1000 (if I got on their service plan to fix my air conditioning unit). I then called Carpenter heating and cooling and they fix my problem for $198. ** It wasn’t even the same actual issue. CHC did say that I do have an older motor that could be replaced for $415. But I should wait until it goes out. The competitor wanted me to replace the fan only for the $1600.00. Enough said!

Used this plumber for a shower leak because of the wonderful reviews on here. Wanted to share ours so you're not disappointed like me. I'll start by daying the technician was super nice and (i think) fixed the problem but I'm in disbelief how he left my home. I knew I'd have holes to repair that's a given. These are huge! He didn't even start smaller to see if he could access the pipes he just cut huge holes. He just wanted to get the job done quick and leave. But it's not even that. He didn't move my kids step stool and cut right over it leaving it a mess. He used my bathroom trash can for his trash & drywall and did not take it. He came to get our paper towels to wipe some water and didn't shop vac all the shavings. Scheduled in advance was not a emergency call window was 11-1 came at 315 ( did call at 3 to say on his way) gone in a half an hour and charged almost $400 to fix a fault valve. Just expect a mess afterwards! I knew I'd have to clean afterwards but the bulk really should have been shop vac-ed and taken with for discard. Also didn't wear shoe covers on my freshly cleaned white carpet.

Come on time very professional cleaned up after installation.

I had an appointment today 9/7/22 with a plumbing issue and Trevor Wells came to my residence. He was very professional showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about all my plumbing concerns. I would definitely request Trevor again for any future plumbing problems that I may encounter. Great company to do business with and very reasonable pricing. A++++

I had no idea what the problem was when I called for my husband who was trying to follow a YouTube video. When I got to speak to the representative for this company he told me what the cost would be for him to come look at it. And then he did something that shocked me. He started asking questions and walked my husband through the steps to light the pilot. I have never had such an experience in my life. He kept asking questions until he got to the bottom of what was going on and my husband understood what he was doing. He made it easy to understand and follow for someone who does not work in this field. If I ever have to have a replacement or something that needs hands on I know who I’m calling because I’ve never felt more reassurance in a single phone call than this man gave me and my husband. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends and complete strangers. I feel completely blessed to have met him in these trying times.

So to the man representing this company. You’re an amazing person and this company is better for having you!!

Our furnace wasn't kicking on and we called early friday morning, was told they could push us in, by friday night we knew what the problem was and our furnace was working again.

Todd was great to find out the issue with my Geo Thermal HVAC unit at my home this morning.
He had also recommended the solution to fix the issue as well.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.

They were able to come out to our home the same day, and were very helpful throughout the entire process. Will be recommending them!
