Bradley arrived slightly ahead of schedule and with and a cheerful personality. He listened to our problems and then disassembled the faucet and discovered the problem was a worn out cartridge. Holden was professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do from pipe disassembly, cleaning, assembly which keeps him efficient and completed the job within 30 min. Holden also inspected the job before starting so he knew where all the piping is routed and how to complete the job properly.

Ray worked at my home without stopping until all work was completed. I was very satisfied with the quality of work he did in installing a new toilet and outi side faucet. I had nothing to clean up after he. completed the job. Mr. Rooter has done work for me in the past an will use them again when ever I I need their services.

Great service. The technicians were fantastic. Easy to schedule a tune up and get my furnace ready for Winter. They were on time, friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

I called at 1am on a Friday night with no power to the house. Joe was here within 18 minutes and fixed the issue. He was very helpful and professional. Will use this company again if needed.
