Best HVAC Service And Installation in Columbus OH

My roommate's sump pump quit working Monday the 15th. We found that out about 630 pm. She has an account with The Waterworks. She called and spoke with Lindsey. Lindsey was great. She quoted a price and said the Techs are on overtime and was that alright. She said the Tech would be there in 30 minutes. It was almost to the minute that Mick arrived. We went down to the basement and he spelled out exactly what needed to be fixed and the cost. Mick was very personable and funny. He had the job done in about 30 minutes. He double check everything. We would highly recommend The Waterworks. Their Techs are awesome and Customer Service is awesome also. Great job!

They didn't even come out to the house - the weekend tech trouble-shot with me over the phone so I fixed my own hot water heater. I am so very pleased to find a company that isn't trying to oversell me and upcharge me. Muetzel is my new go-to plumbing, heating and cooling company.

Scheduling was easy and the most impressive thing is that I had an issue with the bill. They addressed it immediately, turning it into a great experience. Will not go anywhere else for electrical, plumbing needs.

I own a small service company, so I can relate well and Eco hit a home run with me. Communication was very quick and efficient. Came out and assessed my issue, worked with me on different options to solve my issues. Sent over quote electronically, signed and completed the job all in one day. I would do business with Eco again for sure.

Bryan was super polite and very detailed on explaining stuff to me. However their price are extremely high, I spent close to $400 for cleaning AC condenser alone. Yikes. Gotta pay for world class services obviously.

Terry from Buckeye Heating serviced our air conditioner for the summer. He did a thorough job starting with the condensate drain etc in the basement, and then outside with the air conditioner itself. We felt very confident in Terry’s work, his attention to ensuring our unit was functioning properly. We were emailed a comprehensive report listing all the readings from the various settings. We would definitely have Buckeye Heating perform seasonal checks on our furnace and air conditioner again.

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

My American Air Service representative was Tom K and he was timely on arrival and called before he came to alert to me regarding his arrival. He performed the necessary inspection on my AC system and informed me that our system checked out and no repairs were needed. No leaks were discovered also. Highly recommend this company for their customer service and repairs only as needed to keep my HVAC system operating properly.
