However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of hem-haw around when I was trying to discuss options and get some honest perspective. His attitude and demeanor did not instill any confidence in me that he could do our job to my expectations.

Also, pricing seemed like such a mystery to this plumber, he was constantly calling someone to get prices, rather than having a cheat sheet for pricing (which, I explained they were coming for a hose faucet, so not sure why they didn't have some pricing for common repairs?). I've worked with other plumbers and HVAC folks in the past that could say yeah, I have that part on my truck and I think it runs $20, but will double-check. This guy did not exude that level of confidence or breadth of understanding with pricing.

Ultimately, one leaking piece was fixed, then another piece started leaking. I told the plumber to just settle up the bill with me and be on his way. I will look for a more experienced plumber if that small leak becomes a nuisance.

They always do a professional job at great rates, responsive and get the job done. Highly recommend them.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Service was good. Price was high but what plumber isn't?

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

It is so hard these days to find someone to come out and fix a problem. When you do, it's an arm and leg to pay for. I called All Lines Gas and Plumbing with a gas heater problem. The heater was old, needed the parts and the city was on me to get it fixed before it got colder. Michael with all Lines Gas and Plumbing came out with no hesitation, fixed my problem in a timely matter and charged a reasonable price. I will use this company for all my plumbing issues here on out.

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

I called Amanda Plumbing and they sent someone out the same day.
Nate was professional and helpful. I thought the price I paid to have four issues looked at and addressed was reasonable.
