I had used Waterworks in the past to do some general plumbing repairs and was happy with the quality of the work. While not the cheapest (far from it) I found the work to be good. This instance was completely different! When my hot water heater broke, I called Water Works to install a new one.The technician came to my house and presented my options, I landed on a $1800 power vented water heater, which was not the lowest priced quote I recieved, but felt my past experience would be an indication of the quality this time around.When the tech showed up the next day, he informed me that he forgot that they would have to have to run an electric line to the new heater. How do you forget something like this?He said, they could run an extension cord to the unit and he assured me (after calling his boss) that it would be fine and pass inspection. When the inspector showed up he promptly failed the unit based on the poor electrical wiring.When I informed WW the unit had failed, their solution was to have me pay for an electrician to properly wire the unit and they would cover the re-inspection fee. An electrican will cost at least $300+.I assure you I will never do business with Waterworks again and encourage anyone considering their expensive services to think twice and have the work done by a real professional organization.

Fritz Baumann and Son's did an incredible job installing my heater/hot water tank. I needed to have new tank installed and they were very knowledgeable regarding the mechanism of failure and provided a very clean, efficient, affordable, and professional install. Scheduled an estimate for, New Kitchen... the window he was to show up 1 pm to 6 pm.... (a big window of time) I took half a day off to be here to meet. they canceled. so I'm left trying to find another plumber and take more time off..

I met with Service Tech Brandin and Excavation Field Supervisor Travis. Both thoroughly explained the situation and work to be performed, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were upfront about pricing, only charged for the work that could be completed today, and were able to promptly schedule everything else. So far, this company has provided much better service and more reasonable estimates than the companies I have worked with in the past. I look forward to having this work completed and will update my review at that time.

After a basement flood causing no hot water and calling several companies, with extremely long wait times. No hot water for more than 3 days, not being able to get the hot water heater pilot lit as it had been under water. I called Mr. Rooter late in the evening, I told them my situation, and that another company had me on a 3 week wait to get hot water! The receptionist was empathetic and polite she assured me they would get someone out if not that night the next morning for sure. As promised the tech arrived and quickly inspected the problem, ran cameras through my drainage systems and replaced my hot water heater in no time!Thank you Aaron! You have another satisfied customer! I now know I should have called Mr. Rooter to begin with. Will do business with again!

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.
