I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. Bobby was very professional and fixed the leak under our kitchen sink from broken and wrong sized pipes and a clamp from the dishwasher drain hose. He gave a clear description of the issue and remedied it promptly.

We used Drainmaster today (Charlie was who came out) and I have nothing but amazing things to say!!! Amazingly prompt service, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies! This is the worst experience ever. The plumber Matt will lie to the service warranty company to get your claim denied and RIP you off your service fee and never come back. They do nothing but change their company name to trick people into using them. Please be advised.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!
