I would like to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to John Mathews. My grandmother had just passed away and we were planning on having 50 people over after the funeral and of course our toilet stopped working. We called multiple plumbers and John was the only one to say he would come right away (he even apologized he wasn't in uniform) to help my family immediately. We were so appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help a family he did not even know during a tough time. We will make sure we always call John and if you are looking for a plumber he is your guy!

We’ve used Roto-Rooter several times now and we’ve always had a pleasant and professional experience! The technician that was sent had serviced our property before and did the lowest cost option before charging us something outrageous and that option worked! He even took time to show us how to take care of the issue ourselves in the future and made other recommendations on how we could avoid the problem. A+ service!

Art Pierce came out from Waterworks. He was the only plumber who came out and wanted to fix the situation properly instead of taking shortcuts and Band-Aids to fix the problem. Extremely professional and not too much more $ than the previous fixes which never lasted. Call Art first and don't waste your hard earned money.

Nick was my service personnel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was done professionally and did a good job making sure the area looked clean when he was completed. Will definitely recommend!

Dave was wonderful and the job was done well! Called at 11am to schedule an estimate on replacing 2 hose spigots and had the job done by 3pm the same day!

Worst company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. probably the most unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve worked with. Literally didn’t show up on The day of first appointment. Called next day to make another appointment for next week. Didn’t show up on time so I called again. Showed up an hour later for an estimate. Gave me an estimate and told me the office would call me to make an appointment with me to actually get my drain fixed. No one ever called me. I called two days later and the lady at the office told me the job was marked as “complete” when it literally wasn’t even started. So I made an appointment for the next week for my drain to actually be fixed. Guy was 45 mins late again and was rude. Didn’t fix the drain. Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. I’ll make sure that every home owner I know and that moves to Columbus never uses drainmaster. They clearly don’t care about how they treat people or care about other people’s time, which in 2019 is the worst thing you could do.

If I were to give them a review 4 years ago when I spend over $7K with them to help with my flooded basement and install new sump pumps, I would have given them 5 stars. They were responsive and great to work with.Now, just 4 years later, the sump pumps have stopped working. They quoted me over $4k to replace one and told me my house is too big for the pumps that are here. Note - house was the same size when they installed them 4 years ago. I explained they put these in and asked if there was any way to discount the new pumps, but was told there was nothing they could do. I had a new plumber I trust to take a look. I know nothing about plumbing, but even I could see how poor the quality of the materials and work was. I will never work with them again.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Clogged tub/sink in 1900's rental property in Lancaster. Sounds like piping at some point was put in incorrectly and it took 2+hrs to get the drain open, but they did it! Will definitely call them again!
