We had a clogged kitchen sink this evening. We used Waterworks evening dispatch and a technician was at our door within 45 minutes of the initial call. We were pleasantly surprised at the quick, friendly and thourough service we recieved from start to finish. We won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

They determined we had a clog in our downspout line, excavated it and replaced pipe. Super nice techs. We will call them back

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. I am also going to use the company for extensive projects I have in my home based on Zach's recommendations.

As many others have said, Eddie is top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I had several other plumbing businesses come out to quote a slow draining drain in my egress window. I had one company quote $305 to run a snake, and another company that quoted $650 to scope/hyrdoblast my drain. I called Eddie, and explained to him my situation, and explained that I wasn't entirely sure how or where the drain ended. We talked over the phone about potential options (Very knowledgeable) and he offered to come out to see if we couldn't figure out what the problem was. He showed up on time, and got to work. He was able to use a shop-vac to remove most of the rocks and debris that had been placed in the drain by the previous owners. We found out the the drain was only a short run to the foundation drainage (obviously the other options that the other plumbers suggested would not have been needed). Eddie saved me a ton of money, and hassle from simply taking the time to fully understand what was needed before doing any work. Today I hooked up a garden hose and ran it full blast. No issues to speak of. I would easily call West Plumbing again for any tasks, and would recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

WHP did an outstanding repair very quickly and at a reasonable price. When I called they knew just what my issue was and sent someone out next day. Jason called ahead and showed up on time. Once again, we're blown away by The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains! We emailed them, asking to schedule an appointment after their work hours and the receptionist, Jerry, immediately got back to us with a prompt date and time for the service the next morning. We were warmly greeted by Brian at our appointment, who helped us scope out our needs and was beyond professional. He was able to immediately tell us what the issue was and how much it would cost. We ended up needing a second opinion regarding our sump pump drain and Brian called in Scott! Scott came within 30 minutes to scope out our sump pump drain and was able to show us through his camera technology exactly what was causing drainage issues. He was able to tell us the approximate cost and even left us with some minor DIY tips we could do for future needs and prevention! We will be calling them again to schedule our sump pump drainage repair after the evaluation and great service. The Rooter Works is the best and we can't thank them enough for being our #1 plumbing service.

We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.

AB Temporarily got my furnace running. They will get the part on Monday. Hoping it lasts until then. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. We have used them in the past and been happy with their service.
