Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.
Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. Technicians work very efficiently and very very timely. Explained warranty on work and took care to make sure each area was throughly cleaned. My husband and i would highly recommended this company.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have nothing against the plumbers who came today they were both professional and nice but I do have a problem with this company who literally stood in my house for no more than 10 minutes and used my fuse that needed replaced they never used their own equipment but they have a minimum of a $105 to come to your house so for 10 minutes of doing pretty much nothing and using my supplies I got ripped off. I'm sorry but I will not recommend nor will I ever use them again.

What started as a small job in an old house, rapidly became a big deal because of previous bad repairs before I owned the house. With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

I had a drain pipe that was clogged. Calhoun said they would be there between 8 and 10. They never came until after I called to remind them. After the tech arrived he couldn't get the job done, said he needed some additional tools to remove the sink in order to get to the pipe. He said he could stop over the next day. Next day came and went with no show from the tech nor any phone call. I called to see what's up. The person at the office said the tech would be there the following day between 8 and 10. Again, no show, no call. I guess the tech didn't know how to fix it. A waste of three days. Poor customer service.
