I needed a plumber to fix my washer shut off. We had no water and it was 6:00pm. The only plumber I could find in my area that was still open for 24 hrs was Rotor Rooter. They sent a very fine young man to do the job. Beau went the extra mile to make sure we got the job done and could get our water turned on. Beau was awesome. I will definitely use this company again.

I just had the best experience ever with the Waterworks and would highly recommend them. I had a dishwasher and refrigerator installed by them and their technician, Jeff Safford, spent hours taking my refrigerator apart to fit it in the house. He went above and beyond to get the job done. I am very grateful for his hard work. Thanks again you guys rock!

We had noticed a sewer smell for several days but had not pinpointed the source. When the dishwasher caused the drain to overflow in our back storage room, we called DrainMaster to address the problem. Even though this was a Saturday, the company sent someone out within a few hours. John was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all our questions. Rescue rooter came out to unclog my rain gutter downspouts and drain lines. Sam the young man that came out, did an absolutely fantastic job. I am extremely pleased with how professional he was the work that he did and cleaning up and wrapping up everything that I needed done. I would highly recommend Sam and rescue rooter to those needing service on their plumbing drain lines or other items. I am very pleased with the work done and will definitely use them again if I ever need plumbing services.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing in Grove City multiple times. They've always been fast to respond, show up when they say they will, and resolve the problem on the first visit. I've even used them outside normal business hours and received prompt and friendly service. They are my go-to plumber in the Grove City area.
