We had an energy saving box from AEP on our water heater. An electrical surge blew the box and we no longer had any hot water. I called for service at 750 am and the technician was there by 9 am. He gave us a quote and went on to his next job. We were not sure what the problem was and expected to have to pay anywhere from 500 to repair the tank or 1500.00 to replace the tank.The technician returned. Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Set up a time for them to come out to a house I am working on to install all new plumbing, waited all day for them to arrive, the guy looked the job over and said he would get me a quote. That was 2 months ago and never got a quote, thanks for wasting a day of my time !!

After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!

I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. I'm hoping we're all set for a bit, but I'm glad to have him on call just in case!

DJ and Daniel were very professional and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I had been working on the problem myself and didn't have the skills or equipment to remove a metal pipe that had collapsed in on itself. A common problem with older homes. They showed me the cutout old pipe, installed the proper new PVC, cleaned it up all nice and shiny, and I thought that for a plumber the price was very reasonable.
