Best Faucet Repair in Columbus OH

Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My complete experience couldn't have been better!

He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!
Cheapest plumber that does excellent work.

I always get fast service when I call The Waterworks Company. The technician is always courteous, and is very efficient and knowledgeable in the service that he is performing for me. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Have used Waterworks for years.

Fritz Baumann repaired a drain leak and installed a Mustee Big Tub Utility Sink. They were professional at every step of the way and did a great job of providing quality and design in installation of the utility sink. I would definitely recomend them.

Terribly expensive for an hour of work (350) and I supplied the replacement disposal. However, they showed up, did the work, and stand by their work. If they were a little less expensive I would use them for all of my rentals but it's just not worth it. I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME i need short or emergency notice work done.

Service was prompt, they fixed the issue and the tech was professional

They came out early and quote. Told me it was a few hundred told them that was a little more than I could. I told them how much and they dropped the price a little and fixed my problem. Ill be using the companyin the near future

Timely and professional

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

But it was a smart strategy

Very professional and experienced! They fixed my faucet quickly and perfectly. I wish I would have called them sooner!

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Aaron and his team were top shelf. Excellent quality work, on-time, and great communication. Hired for a tricky custom drainage project that other companies wouldn't even quote. Quality Drain Solutions came in below estimate and exceeded my expectations. Would hire again!
