Best Electric Water Heaters in Columbus OH

We recently replaced our clothes dryer because we thought it was going bad. Then our new dryer began having the same issues drying laundry.When a service person came to look the new dryer and clean the vent system, he pointed out the shoddy work on my dryer vent system by Waterworks.Waterworks installed a new wall water heater in our home in 2017. Waterworks used several feet of foil venting to reroute the dryer vent system. (Every dryer has a warning not to use foil venting.) Waterworks also adding so many angles and turns to the foil that it makes cleaning the venting system impossible. They've also they have created a fire hazard in our home.When I called Waterworks about the issue, their customer service rep told me I would be responsible for any service calls made to my home to review their work. When I complained about the charge she spoke with her supervisor and then came back and said if they send out a service person I would be responsible for any repairs that are required.Additionally, I asked to speak with the owner or the supervisor. Not sure it the owner was there but the supervisor refused to come to the phone.Terrible customer service.I'm not done with this issue!

We have been living in our home for 9 years and we knew we were on borrowed time with existing water heater, well the day finally came and after calling Water Heaters Now! I was called by Nate (sales) who took the time to hear me out on the issues and answer all my questions, we had Nate (the installer) out the very next day. Even though he had the notes from my original call, he still made sure I's were dotted and T's crossed, double checking my issues and seeing if the heater was fixable. He explained to me in simple terms what was going on, we decided to replace the heater and within two hours Nate had the old heater out and the new installed...very impressed!

They arrived exactly when expected . The plumbers were knowledgeable and fixed my problem efficiently. Small issue if there is such a thing when it comes to water and I feel it was at reasonable price on such a short notice.

I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! I really appreciated the teaching moment which will save me time and money in the future. Extremely friendly, I would definitely recommend and use again if I have future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I want to give World Class Services the best review I can because that's what they gave us... the best. The best service we could ask for while replacing our heating and AC units. It's like we took a step back in time when customer service and doing a great job meant something. They were friendly, professional, prompt and clean. They did what they told us they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. We were very pleased with the end results.

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Showed up exactly when promised, performed the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves on the way out. Professional, courteous, quick, efficient. Hot water is back, which makes the entire family happy.

Not good. Maybe this review is a build up of all the poor services I’ve had this year, but this one is the last I can handle. Paid over 400$ in arrears for winter/summer clean and maintenance and had to call them to schedule in the summer. The person came out, left a mess, did a job I could’ve done for free, and departed. It’s time consumers stop allowing poor quality when we are also dealing with inflation. That’s mulch and mud in my air conditioner from him “cleaning” the unit
