Best Drainage System in Columbus OH

I had the advertised $75 off coupon for clearing a drain. So I noticed that our down-spouts were having some reduced drainage on a rainy day the end of November. I called and asked about the snaking of the downspout. They did this service and told me they think this should be video scoped. I told them I didn't want this at this time. The plumbing technician told me I had to do this as this was combined with my snaking. I was charged > $500 dollars before the $75 dollar coupon.I called the manager immediately after the plumbing technician left and complained regarding feeling pressured into a combined service I didn't need. He apologized and said he would issue a refund and I should have this in 10 days.I called after 2 weeks, and was told it would be processed and I should see in in the mail.Now 1 month following the service I have to call 2 more times to get an update. Was told this was being processed today and should get next week.So a couple of things, poor communication and sales. Also, price of originally services I feel is overpriced without a coupon. $500 dollars for snaking 1 drain and video scope I feel is too much. Also when doing the service, he had myself and my husband assist him. Which to me is extremely unprofessional for the degree in which the service cost. Then after being told I would receive a refund in 10 days, which turns to > 30 days is unacceptable.I personally, would not recommend and I will never use this company for other plumbing services.

Brendan did a great job and worked really hard and stayed late to fix our problem.

They were the greatest bunch of guys to work with!! Also, very reasonable and knowledgeable. Big kudos to Josh, who was straight up with us and giving us different options and a great big kudos to Tim and his guys Joseph and James!! Tim was so good about trying to do the least amount of damage while digging up my yard when we had to have our entire sewer line replaced. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing!!

The gentleman and his helper fixed a leak and saved the day for me. Very prompt service!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Plumbing One has done a great job. I work for Franklinton Farms and they have given us excellent service and rates for our plumbing installation needs. We did have 1 small issues with 1 of the jobs, but they were out immediately to fix it. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Extremely professional both Josh Albert (#4590) and Wayne Gray. I called and they were out within the hour. Took care of our main line. Not the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for.

Worst plumbing company that I have dealt with. Alex was patience at first and became not patience when we keep finding small water droplets in the shut off valve. He told me that he will tell his office to cancel the work order. So that the home warranty can send another company out. But then the office told the home warranty that the work is done. I have picture and video to show there are still water leaks. Planning to work with the news center about the issue.

Update- the home warranty called Another plumbing company to fix the issue that this company was not able to handle. The new plumbing company said they will report this company to the home warranty because the job was not done right at all. If anyone interest feel free to contact me and I can give more info. The new plumbing company was able to fix the issue within half an hour that this company was not able to fix. Run away from this company!!!!

From the owner response, to me it seemed there was a disconnect of communication between the tech and the company. If the issue was fixed by this company why did home warranty have to send another company out to clean up this company mess?

Make sure to check better business bureau. The last time I check this company rank was not good. So do your homework!!

Will was awesome, very professional, cleaned after himself, communicated every thing as he was doing it, re-explained after. Answered all our questions, and did an excellent job!

I called Amanda Plumbing for an emergency pipe repair. The scheduler was kind and accommodating and even though they were fully booked they worked me into their schedule. The repairman called on his way, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. First time using this company, and I would recommend Amanda for your plumbing needs.

I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.
