This company is amazing at what they do! I will never use another plumbing company. They came after hours from home whenever we needed them to for our kitchen leak. I would 110% recommend to anyone!!

He was early, nice and the price was reasonable.

We called at 11:00 after calling a company who wanted $150 just to show up. The service agent was very courteous and efficient. Someone called back at 11:35 to let us know that a technician was on the way. Jason was here by 12:15, did a GREAT job, made recommendations to us to prevent the issue from happening in the future, and was walking out the door by 1:25. I wish that he has cleaned up a little better in the utility closet but, other than that, service was awesome and I would use them again!

After satisfactorily working with Fritz Baumann & Sons to repair some wobbly toilets, I requested an estimate for a new hot water heater. The price was fair for the unit and the labor, and I scheduled them to come out and do the install the following week. Two days later the existing hot water heater died ahead of schedule and Fritz Baumann was able to speed up their timeline and get the new unit in the very same day--unfortunately, the building elevator was out of service and the FB team spent the next two days checking in with me on the phone to know if it had been fixe, and the moment it was, they came over and did the job. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this crew.

!!!!!!!!!!I would give these people no stars if possible.The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

The workmen were cordial and efficient.

2nd time we have used them and we could not ask for better service!! We had our drains plugged late at night and we have 8 kids to shower the next morning. Called and they came right out and fixed the problem and got the drain running, most people including myself, at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night would have said well its running, I'm outta here! They didn't like the way the drain sounded with the snake in it so they worked another hour and found more stuff in it and cleaned up everything! Awesome guys! Old world service and faith!! God Bless them!!!!!

My water heater broke overnight and after getting a quote the next morning, ARS was able to install a new unit by mid afternoon. Of course it was pricey for a rapid turnaround and some copper piping work, but after the install, the techs did a run through with me so I knew how everything worked and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Maybe not the cheapest but They were in time, clean and professional. Even showed me things I could just do myself way cheaper down the road.

I would recommend this company for all plumbing repairs! The tech they sent wore a mask the entire time also wore shoe coverings cleaned up area he worked in. Also they are very willing to work with you on the price. All the things they advertise on line, they will abide by! They adjusted my cost of repair for all things I said I read on line. Very Pleased with the work and cost!

We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

We live in an older home, so it's important to have a good plumber. Our previous plumber no longer does residential service, so we needed to find a new one when we were having some troubles with sewer smell in the bathroom.

Shawn and Jeff came out. They were professional, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They had us squared away in a jiffy, explained the problem well, and Jeff gave us great advice for handling other smelly problems too!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had an emergency need to get a drain line cleared at our offices. We called a very well know company in town, the tech came out and gave us a quote of $990.00 because he had to have a supervisor come out and use a camera to inspect the drain, what a scam! We said thanks but no thanks. We called CPR and they had two techs out within 4 hours of us calling. The guys were pros, they went right to work and with 15 minutes the drain was clear. They gave a full explanation of how they opened the line and were on their way. Best thin thing is that the cost was 70% less than the person who runs ads on TV all day. Thank you CPR for being fair to customers and getting the job done!

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
