Best Drain Line Installation in Columbus OH

I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

We bought a home and this company was assigned to fix the underground drain as part of the repair we requested to get done on the house. After we move into the house we found out one drainage was No working properly and one was repair poorly. We thought they neglected to provide the proper repair needed for the underground damage. They claim to understand how underground would works but now we stuck having the drain repair again. Dont trust this company specially for realstate transaction. They take all the $ for a half job. Really bad experience.

My old faucet wouldn’t turn off so I had to find a same day plumber. The guy was perfectly nice but charged me close to $700 for a simple faucet install and I had my own replacement faucet. Every other quote was $200 max but I paid it anyway because he was already there and I needed a shower!

Jose was amazing! Midnight and our basement was flooding from a blocked main drain. Jose showed up after a very long day and quickly assessed our issue. He had to snake several drains and never complained even when he didn’t finish until almost 3am!!

I’ve used Fritz Baumann & Sons for a variety of repairs and installations. They are always extremely professional, helpful, and fair. I will continue to use them for repairs and projects over any other choice in Columbus.

Awesome service! Another company came in to clear a sewer blockage. It took 2 days, and the quote was over $5k. Drainmaster had it clear in 10 minutes, and for a fraction of the price. Very highly recommended!

Tech canceled last minute, a replacement was sent who walked around my property said he had no clue what to do he had no parts on hand he ended up leaving no work done and issues not resolved. Tech had excellent manners he was just set up for failure prior to coming.

The guy, Mitch, who came out was professional and awesome! Just purchased a condo, water suddenly turned lukewarm. Mitch came out and flushed the tank. Was able to get same day service. Recommended a new water tank sooner than later, it is fairly old, but was not pushy about it. Will definitely be getting it from them.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Good plumbing company does a lot of new construction

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

Jim and his team are fabulous. They were on time, and fixed everything we had wrong quickly and didnt cost an arm and a leg. They will be our go-to plumbers going forward.

They were here very fast, and they took care of the problem. The workmen were courteous.

Chuck and his team did several projects for me and were always top notch with service, communication, value, and always punctual. The guys were not just there to do our projects but to show they actually cared about us! I’ll never hire another company in the Columbus area!
