Technicians were nice and friendly, however the work they provided was expensive and did not leave us feeling great about the final product. Our toilet flange was sitting up high so we called to have them lower it. They originally told us they would have to cut the some pipes and make some adjustment so our toilet didn’t rock and forth.Turns out they did not do that/didn’t have to do that, unclear. And just put in a new wax seal which we had already done. They said it was flush with the floor by doing this. They bought ~$33 worth of parts and called it fixed. After a $778 bill they told us the floor was not level so that’s why it now rests on the back of the toilet but there is a 1inch gap at the front of the toilet.All this and there was caulking all over the toilet and floor that we had to use our finger nails and razor blades to remove. Overall not impressed at the cost vs what we got out of this “repair”.Techs were awesome though and did give opinions on other plumbing jobs we are looking to have done.

Bryan did an excellent job replacing a leaky kitchen faucet. We wil be requesting him for future plumbing repairs!

Devin came in to evaluate water pressure concerns in upstairs bathroom. He was very nice and courteous and made recommendations as well as an estimate for the cost of the repairs. He explained what was included in the repairs and what would need to be done.

This company is absolutely amazing. Every person I spoke with was nice and professional. They really cared about my issue. I tried several companies to install a toilet for my elderly, handicapped father. After a 3 week run around, I finally found Mr. Rooter. They came out the same day to check out the situation and had the toilet installed the next morning. I couldn't thank them more. Highly recommend this company.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

I’m not much of a handyman. I can replace light fixtures, install a ceiling fan, anything electrical (maybe not breaker stuff). I can’t do plumbing or carpentry stuff. So, we needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Faucet was leaking so we thought of replacing the sink too. There goes hiring a plumber to get this done.
Got two quotes. It’s amazing the large gap between the two companies. First one gave us a quote of less than $400 to complete the whole job of removing old sink and replacing with new one. The other one gave us a quote of $1k, $500 to remove and $500 to install.
What a big difference between the two. Same job, one less than $400, the other one 3 times more. Anyway, the job took about one and a half hours total to do. The company was very professional, cleaned the work area after the job.
Kudos to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Grove City, Ohio for a great job and a fair price!

After posting my review, the owner of the company reached out to my husband to rectify the situation. He was very apologetic and instantly refunded our money. We appreciate him taking the time to contact us personally and immediately offer solutions.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.

Drew, Mike, Aaron, and Terrance were all very professional and informative. They were punctual and thorough in explaining the whole process. They were also very kind and understanding of my feelings regarding the magnitude of the job. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!
