Best Commercial Repairs in Columbus OH

Found out my hot water tank was leaking from the rim. It is in the basement so by the time we realized this, there is an inch of water and our laundry room and bathroom are flooded. I called and John instructed me on shutting of the water to the tank and draining it to stop the leak. They had a crew out first thing in the morning with a tank and new plumbing. They worked fast and were very pleasant. Thank you Brian and Joey for getting this done so fast. The new setup looks incredible. I will definitely use this company again.

These guys were great! Fair and reasonably priced, did a quality job, super friendly staff! They took care of my problem instead of trying to sell me on things I didnt need!

Excellent work by professionals. The only gripe I have is the cost. We had 1 outdoor faucet replaced. It took less than 20 minutes (I know that is not the full basis of a price but it was a simple fix). It was $345 after a $40-off coupon). I was in a hurry and did not call around for different quotes. If this is the going rate for an outdoor faucet repair (straight pipe from outside wall to inside cold water supply, cut pipe, slide in new pipe with new faucet, crimp faucet pipe to cold water supply pipe- -bam, done) then I'm simply astounded. I did look on Angie's List for approximate cost for this repair and they said between $150 to $300. It just seemed like a real easy job for the rate ($385 without coupon). Other than the price they were quick, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend them if cost is not an option to you.(Update 8/26/20): I replied to their reply but they did not get back with me. To be sure, it was indeed a job done by Waterworks at our house.

I have been using Fritz Baumann & Sons since 2002 and will continue to use that company for all my plumbing needs. The company is reliable and dependable. You should use them too.

Had an issue with a clogged line from the sump and gutters to the street. The company was quick to respond and the service tech was very knowledgeable. The price was pretty high for a 20 minute job in my opinion. But the value may be good if I don't have to have the line cleared for another 5 years or so. There were a lot of tree root mats and I was surprised at the amount of shingle granules flushed out. To date, we haven't had enough rain to evaluate the work and I'll report back if there's a problem.

The folks answering the phone were nice enough and easy to work with, responsive, etc. Cheers for doing the front-end well!

However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of hem-haw around when I was trying to discuss options and get some honest perspective. His attitude and demeanor did not instill any confidence in me that he could do our job to my expectations.

Also, pricing seemed like such a mystery to this plumber, he was constantly calling someone to get prices, rather than having a cheat sheet for pricing (which, I explained they were coming for a hose faucet, so not sure why they didn't have some pricing for common repairs?). I've worked with other plumbers and HVAC folks in the past that could say yeah, I have that part on my truck and I think it runs $20, but will double-check. This guy did not exude that level of confidence or breadth of understanding with pricing.

Ultimately, one leaking piece was fixed, then another piece started leaking. I told the plumber to just settle up the bill with me and be on his way. I will look for a more experienced plumber if that small leak becomes a nuisance.

They unclogged my old pipes and also gave me a quote for the future work needed. I was happy all around.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

More like ‘inaccurate’ plumbing.
Outdoor spigot fix. First guy that came out, Jim, was the rudest,most unprofessional repairman I’ve ever been around.
Refused to take his shoes off to come in the house bc he wears ‘arch supports.’
Fine just throw ur boot covers on.
‘I don’t have any.’
So apparently he thinks it’s ok to track mud and dirt and the outdoors all through one’s house.
Owner did call and apologize. Which was nice.
Different plumber came out and installed new spigot.
Great. Except the next day come to find out it’s been dripping.
All night.
And it sounds like someone is breaking rocks into gravel each time I turn it on.
A truly awful experience.

Tom and JD came out to take care of the clog that has been haunting us for years in our tub. They were super cool and down to earth and offered great advise. Very professional, friendly. Made it very comfortable to have them do work. I would hire these guys and this company for future projects and future issues.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

I have used this company on more than one occasion. The last job that they did for me was a big one. They clearly met my expectations and completed the job to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly and will use them again myself.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't have an emergency so service got bumped, but I understand that. He still came by after a long day and took care of our problem.

Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

I would highly recommend this company. Nick and Ashton did a fantastic job. I am extremely impressed with the courteous and prompt service. I will be calling with all of my future HVAC needs.

I am very pleased. They identified the leak and actually spent time trying to cut out an atypical shape in our stamped concrete. After filled it obviously looks altered, but was much better than I expected. Very satisfied and appreciate them taking the extra step.

Called these guys at 5 o’clock on a Wednesday, new heater installed by lunch on Thursday. Top notch installers and service. They accidentally left with a hose of mine and brought it back the next day. Highly recommend!!
