Nathan (the technician) drove out in deep snow to give us a quote for a leaky drain pipe. He was able to find the leak and was extremely professional and personable in all aspects of the visit.

Came out on short notice and did a great job. Cleaned out 2-drains and installed a new toilet. After they were gone there was no sign that they had even been there.

A little more expensive than I thought. Was charged a full hour for a 10 minute service call.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Mr. Rooter. After placing a service request online at 9:30pm, I received a call from a friendly, knowledgeable associate named Jeff within 5 minutes. Jeff booked us for the next morning between 8-10. We received a call at 7:30am that Matt would be there shortly. He arrived just after 8:00am. Matt is a huge asset to this company. He was friendly, informative, organized, and conscientious. He worked diligently and successfully unclogged our kitchen sink. He thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. Calling a plumber is not something any of us want to do, but if you need someone, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Came out to do preventative drain cleaning to city lines and sewer drains from the house. Professional, pleasant personality and engaged in respectful conversation about the process of the service with me (Home owner). Highly recommend this company.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

Alan was great. Knew exactly what to do and kept me informed. Professional and prompt service. I will use carpenter electric again if needed.

Our pool was losing almost 2 inches per day and we could not figure out where it was leaking. We called ALD and Steve was out the next day with electronics and sensors to pressure test all the plumbing and determine where water was exiting the pool. He even got into the pool and checked the main drain all the surfaces. The leak was found around an inlet and was fixed on the spot. No more water loss! Steve was very personable and showed me everything he was doing throughout the process. I highly recommend ALD as they solved our problem efficiently and effectively.

Everything went better than I expected! They came out the same day I called and the new water heater was installed within 2 hours or so.
