Earlier today I found that my kitchen drain was backing up. Of course I wanted to take care of it right away. I called two other places before contacting Roto-Rooter. The first did not return my call in a reasonable amount of time and the second was too busy. Roto-Rooter was my third call and they were able to help me. It was all done very professionally. I was very impressed with the way my call was handled. They even sent an email to verify what had been set up for me. The technician, Aaron, seemed very knowledgeable and was also very professional. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The cost was a little higher than I would have liked but I was happy for the problem to be taken care of. I guess it was worth it for my peace of mind.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have drain work done....or any other plumbing needs.

Called DrainMaster when a waterline burst due to freezing. Within 2 hours they had a crew there fixed the problem and made some helpful suggestions, and the price was very reasonable. The two men who arrived at my home (I didn't get their names) were professional and courteous. I would recommend DrainMaster for any plumbing problem.

I became associated with Mr Rooter about 7 years ago when they were the only one that would answer my emergency distress call. I live in Lancaster and nobody in Lancaster would help me . It was on a Saturday afternoon and I called mr. Rooter and they were here within an hour. They are very professional very reasonable and very friendly. Will H explain to me exactly what I needed what he would do and how much it would cost. After the work was finished he showed me the parts and they were definitely bad. At this time he also gave me an estimate for a new toilet which I intend to have done within the next two to three months and I will request Will as my technician. Every one I've been associated with at mr. Rooter have been very very friendly and I will continue to do business with them.

I will never let them fix a single thing in my house ever again!! Same problem different day!! We have already paid close to $400 and that was when the problem wasn’t that bad!! Now we are flooded in every room of the house that has water in it!! Kitchen,washroom and bathroom!! Once again we have to stay in a hotel for another week because they don’t even have an opening until next Monday!! 6 on your side is my next call!!

I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Saturday evening and removed a root that was clogging our sewage system. They were fast, professional and courteous and Very reasonable on their fee. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

This is my second time using Eco Plumbers, and they have done a great job both times. Today, I was performing what should have been a DIY job - replacing the cartridge in my shower handle. The existing equipment was about 25 years old, and wouldn't budge when I got things mostly taken apart. Some bad advice from the hardware store combined with the wrong tool caused my cartridge to be broken off while attempting to remove it. Now, I needed a plumber.

I talked to Rachel on the phone, and she was professional, helpful, and funny. Hayder was the plumber dispatched to my house, and he did a great job. He was very professional, clean, and well-dressed. He explained the job thoroughly, including several options to solve my problem, and did outstanding work that involved cutting and soldering copper pipe, cutting tile, and installing new shower/tub fixtures. Hayder finished relatively quickly, and made sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction throughout the process.

Eco Plumbers has always done excellent work for us. They are not the cheapest option around (this job went from being a $20 DIY to having a comma in the price), yet I keep going back to them for the quality of their work.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump and
which model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.
