In comparison to 2 other plumbing businesses, Drainbuster was so much more amazing!!! We had a clog in the drain for the washing machine this time. 1st We called a $93.00 or free company, he couldn't do the job, so it was free. We called and made an appointment with Drainbuster, he had it fixed in 15 minutes! The price was shockingly good because we used Roto Rooter a month ago for a basic sink clog, they charged us $411.00!!! This drain clog was a trickier clog because it was tree roots, but no worries, Drainbuster was only $144.00!!

I called Austin with an issue with our water heater that was still under warranty. He returned my voicemail in under five minutes and was at my door less than an hour. He was professional, efficient, and did quality work.

I experienced the RLA/Columbia Gas 'surprise' after they came to me to let me know they were installing new gas lines to the house and could I schedule an appt. Little did I know that in 24 hours I would be without gas service at 8PM. RLA finished what they needed to do (install a new gas line to my house) not their problem that I was not told that if there was 'any' leaks after the new line was turned on, it would immediately be turned off and I would have to contact a plumber. After being told it would be 4 hours, starting at Noon, I was planning on taking a shower at the end. Now I have no hot water, no furnace/AC, and no stove/oven. I went crazy looking for a plumber and was not sure what I was going to find.......but I found All Lines Gas and Plumbing owned by Mike Schirtzinger. I am telling you, Mike is certified, knows how Columbia Gas works, is very creative at solutions, and will wait around until the customer gets sign off from Columbia Gas and turns on the appliances. Thanks Mike...it was a long day, but a great, quality job at the end!

Eddie was a godsend for us. When our plumbing backed up over the New Year's holiday, Eddie came out and helped us out even though it was a holiday. The issues he uncovered, and the hard work that he put in to fix them were done in a timely and professional manner. Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

Called Shaun at 12:30AM with an emergency situation. He was there in a reasonable time and got the job done while roto-rooter (who was called earlier in the evening) came out and refused to do anything due to and unexplained “company policy.” Basically, they pick and choose the work they want to do. Shaun was eager to help and resolve the issue.

I also wasted time calling several other emergency plumbers with no call back. Shaun picked up the phone himself and was on it. I’ll call him first next time and not waste my time with roto rooter or other plumbers who apparently don’t want to work.

My sink drain was clogged and water was actually backing up. John came out and had it completely cleared on no time! He was polite and very professional!! I highly recommend!

Very good quality of work and very good customer service. I have used them to replace a hot water heater as well fixing burst pipes.

They caused a leak while fixing cartridges it stained my ceiling and claimed “secondary damages” aren’t covered.
