Price for work was very fair and there were no surprise charges at the end...price was as stated.
They include a 6 year warranty on my heater as well.

We are quite happy with their service. They didn't attempt to 'up sell' any services. They did the job that another firm didn't or couldn't do. (Drainbusters was the second company to come to our home and look at the problem). Their price was less than the one quoted on the phone. I would certainly use the firm again.

Austin did a great job repairing two of my toilets that had bad seals and a bad pump. He was responsive, quick, and on time. He is very personable. In the past he had also helped me via text with a kitchen sink pipe issue I was having. I plan to call them any time I need plumbing work done.

Seage and his partner did a good job on my pressure tank and re-running new lines.

As a whole, I think the price was on the very high side...

Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

Hands down the only plumber I use. I can't say enough good things about this company and they amazing work they have done for me over the years! They have always been more than fair and far exceeded my expectations! From emergency rapirs to full scale insane installations they are the absolute best at what they do!

RUN AWAY FROM TOTAL PRO PLUMBING. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing services. I had some issues in a bathroom, and went through my home warranty company. Total Pro picked up the claim and a date was scheduled. I get a call the day before by their dispatch they didn't get/see the order so didn't have anyone to come out. I was understanding, stuff happens. They rescheduled for later that week. Then I get another call, technician is sick and they don't have anyone to come out. Again, that's okay, reschedule for the following week. Tech finally shows up, doesn't actually fix anything, just says I have to resubmit the claim for rotted pipes and slow drain. Okay....the next day I resubmit, home warranty needs the notes so they can redispatch. Total Pro literally never sends the notes over. A week and a half goes by with me calling 3 times and no notes. I ask for another company, they are scheduled a few days later, their tech comes out, and actually FIXES the issues. It was a loose gasket and clogged drain...
