The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

Mike just left. He was exceptional. He was very polite, went straight to work (didn't mind my dog trying to help him). I would definitely recommend him and this organization in the future.

First off, they are rated on Google 5 stars. There's a reason for that. First, they quoted me over the phone. Even when I wanted the tank moved and he needed to reroute plumbing lines. Secondly, he was attentive. Took care of the surroundings. Third, he showed up early. And then he got the work done in half the time. All together this is the only place in Columbus I will get a water heater from. Highly recommended.

We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about.
