Eddie West of West Plumbing and Rooter is excellent in his plumbing expertise and customer service. We had to replace our toilet and he recommended a high quality American Standard Champion 4 toilet, which was on sale at Lowe's. While at our home, he alerted us to a water filter needing changed as well. His work was very thorough and he walked us through everything he did, including the advantages of the product installed. Eddie also made suggestions that were money savers to us, which we took advantage of. He practiced respectful etiquette when speaking with us and was very polite and thorough when explaining his work process. We will definitely use his plumbing services again in the future and highly recommend him!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

Best Plumbing Ltd is absolutely the BEST plumbing service around. Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

follow up to my original post. The technicians Aaron and Shane had to replace my water heater cost of new control valve and age of unit made it more economical to replace. They were on time, very professional, very thorough, and got the job done very quickly. They also were very clean no mess left after the job. I don't envy them lugging those items in and out of the basement. They explained what they had done and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely be using World Class Services again. They made this very stress free.

I had an issue with my washing machine backing up into my kitchen sink. I called Rooter Works and Elaine was sent out. She went over prices with me and I felt price was reasonable to proceed with the service. Elaine worked hard at getting the drain unclogged. She was successful and I couldn't have been happier. I would certainly use Elaine and Rooter Works again if needed. What I really liked they gave me a free estimate and charged no service fee. Amazing service

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

They came to replace my A/C Unit and kept me engaged during the entire install. The workman ship shows in the quality of the final product and professionalism went well beyond the expectation. I would strongly recommend this company to any family and friends that need HVAC work done.

Responsive, On time service

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!
