Best Heat Pump in Columbus OH

Anyone is better then this company! Literally, anyone! Hired them to do a full plumbing job. It would be completed in phases. Signed all necessary contracts and waited 2 months for them to begin the project. The day before, they were to start they raised the price from 6,200 (phase 1 - checking and testing current plumbing in 3 bathroom and a laundry room) to 48,000.00. There was no reasonable explanation given for this . The entire project (all phases ) was bid for approximately 35k (not including the kitchen or any underground piping). During this same call, I was told the entire project would now be 150,000.00. NOTHING changed in the plan. This is a scam organization. They will breech their contracts when convenient. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

These guys were great! Fair and reasonably priced, did a quality job, super friendly staff! They took care of my problem instead of trying to sell me on things I didnt need!

On a Sunday morning our sewer drain stopped up and water backed into our kitchen from the kitchen sink. Rotor Rooter was called and immediately responded. Unfortunately they could not repair on Sunday evening due to a broken router, but they were at our home first thing on Monday morning and immediately cleared our drains. I really like that they texted the name of our repairman and a time period for his arrival arrive. Additionally the repairman texted his arrival time when he was 30-45 minutes from us..

Great customer service on the phone and in person. They were able to come within a couple hours that day and were incredibly kind and helpful and of course fixed the problem!

Excellent installation, service and follow-up. I worked with Dusty Crosby to quote and schedule the job. He was very accommodating and diligent through the entire process. I got the price I wanted and the tankless unit I wanted. Andi Taraj and the install team worked tirelessly to complete this job in one afternoon. As with most projects of this size you run into issues either expected or unexpected. Dusty was always quick to make it right by me and as fast as he could. I really appreciated the focus on doing it right opposed to just getting it done and moving on. The Apex team did a great job and I would recommend them for your tankless water heater install.

Brian from Roto Rooter was very professional and provided me all options that would work in the best of my interest. He thoroughly guided me through on what could be going on in my downspout drainage while cleaning. Although, there wasn’t much of a blockage but he was able to diagnose that there is water retention due to belly formation in drainage. Brian was very courteous and very informative. Drew first came out to access the plumbing problem. He ordered the parts needed, communicating the process and saving us the most money. We won’t use any other plumbing company and have referred several friends to use Quality.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

I called and told them what was wrong with water heater and toilet. They came out, cost me $209 and didn’t fix anything, just told me what was wrong. I already knew what was wrong, I needed someone to fix it.

Water line was leaking in my bathroom, under the floor. They were professional, on time, fixed the leak and even installed my vanity at no extra charge. Highly recommend, great service!
