I’m sorry to have to be the one to leave you a negative review but someone has got to say something about the check out tipping process!! Look if you technicians are relying on tips you need to pay them better. I do not mind leaving a tip to a plumber (which really is a bizarre thing to begin with) but I have no issue with that. I take great issue with the fact that your tips are something along the lines of 10, 15, 20, 25 percent!! On a $600-$1000 dollar service, I am sorry but I am not going to leave you a 10, 15 20 25% tip that is outrageous! If the tablet said leave a 1,3,5,$10 tip that would be more reasonable. Best part you have to make this tip selection in front of the technician. Sorry but because of this I will never higher you again. I have no issues with the work that you did for me, in fact besides your terrible tip process I would say your prices are reasonable and the work is done well, but I am over these high stakes pressure tactics to leave a massive tip.

Martin was great to work with and he quickly figured out the problem with our whole house water filter system. It is great to have a local plumber in Ashville!

I had the stack pipe in my basement replaced due to age and the beginning of deterioration. I booked this job about a month ago ( my choice for the work date) II received a call a couple days prior to the service date to confirm that I still wanted the job done and to confirm the time. I received a text the day of the service telling me who my tech was ,, along with a picture, and advising that they were on their way. I actually had 2 technicians for the job, Sebastian and Keith, both were very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing along with the cost. Job was completed and all areas were cleaned up. This is the 3rd time that I’ve used Mr and Mrs Plumbing and I find that their customer service has been great and all of the people that I’ve dealt with have all been great. I will continue to use them for any future needs and will also recommend them to family and friends.

Sebastian was an absolute professional and spent many hours helping get our water pressure back to normal. Highly recommend!

My mothers gas water heater went out and I live in Florida and was unable to help. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was very prompt and professional and were able to replace the unit within a couple days so my mother was able to have hot water again! I would highly recommend Mr and Mrs Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

The young man, Mr. Mosley, was very kind ,courteous, and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. Plus the price was better than I had previously been quoted by a competitor.

After having several central Ohio companies not return messages with request for service I reached out to Mr.andMrs. Plumbing Services.
The company quickly had a representative out to evaluate my need, pressure tank assembly and then returned once parts were obtained.
The representative explained the work done and answered my questions. He mentioned that my pump was showing signs of age. He explained their process for pump replacement to me.
I will have them back when I am needing the well pump replaced.
The representative was neat and protected our carpets with shoe covers.

I will continue to use and recommend Mr & Mrs Plumbing Services to friends, family, and co-workers. From commercial work to residential, their team gets the job done! Communication is top notch and their work speaks for itself. Martin and Sebastian are my go to reps, but the entire team is great!

We had severe breaks in our sewer line. After calling a few plumbers who either did not respond or responded unprofessionally we came across mr. And mrs. Plumbing. From the beginning they were professional, their communication was exemplary, their work was outstanding. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Having a sewer line replaced is not an inexpensive job. They were very fairly priced. They didn't cut any quarters. Their due diligence went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. If you're scrolling looking for a plumbing company oh... There's no need to scroll any further than this one. Bravo!

I called multiple places around my area and MrandMrsPlumbing were one of the only ones to give me an estimate in a timely manner. They were very informative in what they were going to do and how it was going to be done and the cost it would be. The estimate was received very quickly after the inspection. The repairs were also done very fast and the men that came out were very professional and informative of what they were going to be doing. They assured me if I had any question or issues I could contact them and it would be addressed immediately. I would highly recommend any of their services!

We had a drain leak at a floor drain and called first thing in the morning. Sebastian arrived roughly 90 minutes later, and was kind, helpful, and professional. He not only fixed the problem that we called about but was able to do an additional non-emergency repair for us as well at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company as well as Sebastian.

We had a clogged pipe in our sewage, we called first thing Tuesday and they were able to send someone out the same day! When he couldn't fix it, they sent another guy the very next day. We had a complex situation, they were upfront and honest about our situation.

Mom and Pop kind of outfit. Got name from a friend who had used them. Had an emergency well-line leak. Came and finished a repair the same day, while I was not able to be home. Sebastian spent a lot of time with me on the phone while I described where the problem was, what I knew of how my system worked. He gave me a couple of options, but in particular he was very attentive to my requests to keep the replacement routing in a particular place out of my way. It is an old farmhouse with low ceilings and maintaining maximum head room was a big priority. When I hung up the phone, I was anxious about what I would find when I got home, but I was very happy. I could tell that he really listened and did a really good job of routing the new line in a way that would not be problematic in the future. Well done, thank you. Would use again.

We received their card from my neighbor after hearing we need repairs to our kitchen pipes. Well they came in did an estimate and explained need to replace all the old pipes in my home built in 1949. One day job and let me know what needed be done. While they were here several of my neighbors were interested about there services, so already referred to them other families. The replacement of my pipes will be cost effective to the resale value of my home. Noticed right away no more draining issues.

Martin, is a stand up guy who really cares about the quality of his work. He was always punctual and communicated very well. He stuck exactly to the timeline we discussed for the work to be completed and was right on budget for the estimate he gave me. Overall a very knowledgeable and professional plumber that I would highly recommend.

Quick response and great communication. Keith came out to my house and offered to do the job immediately. Keith is very mature, pleasant, and professional. He was respectful of my house and cleaned up. He kept me informed on what he was doing. Really liked this gentleman and he looked me in the eye when he talked! I called and told them that I had a septic bathroom problem that my system was not working after talking with them i bought a unit and I asked Martin would this unit be capable he said yes now my wife is ill do to sewage smell my basement was flooded I had to clean it up i had to order a new sewage pump that is capable for my unit. I called BBB and my lawyer i would not recommend this plumbing company. I called them and they just hang up and they won't be hearing from me again ?.

Called to see if I could get an estimate on my daughters double wide. It has a broken drain pipe for the washer. The office told me they needed to contact the plumber to see if they worked on mobile homes. While I understand working under a mobile home is not fun, people still need plumbing work done. So if you live in a mobile home, don't bother to call. Take your business elsewhere

If you re looking for a plumber you can start an honest relationship with then this is your company. Martin was top notch! Went above and beyond to help me solve my plumbing issues that I ve had at my business for over 6 yrs. I ve tried other plumbing companies in the past and none of them helped me as much as this one did. Martin went out of his way to make sure all my needs were addressed and All of my issues were addressed before he left. Pricing was more than fair! Will definitely use them in the future.

Was an absolute NIGHTMARE and a miserable experience working with Martin Markham at Mr and Mrs Plumbing from Commercial Point Ohio. Paid them almost 5k to do a rough in at a house im renovating, he was always demanding checks after he told me he wouldn’t collect any money up front. We paid him in full almost 4 weeks ago and now he will not return to finish the job that we have a contract from him in writing after he gave me his word if I paid him in full he would finish the job. He is now demanding more money claiming he did a refrigerator line that was not included in the quote, but in fact he told me he would throw that in for free if I went with his quote and we actually had a conversation where I was asking him to add that to the quote before he started working and he never did and he said “I needed to trust him”. Now that the final check has cleared the bank he keeps telling me he will “DO ME A FAVOR” and show me how to finish the job. He called for inspection and still had 10 hours of work to do and was running around chasing down leaks, he literally replaced 1 connection 3 times because it was leaking until his wife finally read the PVC glue bottle and told him they needed to let it setup for 24 hours. When the inspector showed up he failed the job and Martin actually told me he “HOPED HE DIDN’T CATCH THAT”. The sad thing is he is our neighbor and told me on numerous occasions “Im your neighbor do you think I will **** you over” which is exactly what he did. He is NOT a man of his word, and is very cocky and arrogant with nothing to back it up, he doesn’t know any of the building codes and makes BOLD statements constantly where his facts are NOT correct and it just shows his ignorance! On 1 occasion he actually told me he was going to go in the house and “rip out all the plumbing” and at that time he was paid probably 80%. He is a mediocre plumber with a horrible bad attitude. It was a struggle for me to decide to put this review out there since he is our neighbor but I felt obligated to let people know about him since we based using him off of his internet reviews before we even realized we were neighbors. If he will do all of this to a neighbor what do you think he will do to you. I have asked him thru texting on several occasions what I and my wife have ever done to him to deserve this kind of treatment and of course he never gives a reply. I finally decided enough was enough and have hired another plumber to finish the job. After our last text conversation I told him to never step foot back on my property again. BEWARE! You Have Been Warned!
