Best Drain Installation And Repair in Columbus OH

We've used Gunther Plumbing multiple times since purchasing our first house several years ago. The service has always been excellent, and this most recent visit was nothing less than that. We had almost a foot of water in our crawl space from the combination of the storm the other day and the melting of the snow/ice. We weren't sure what the issue was, but they came out for an evaluation and discovered it was a sump pump issue. Mike had a new sump pump in the truck and replaced it on the spot. Overall the experience was great! Phil was very timely and repaired some leaks in gas lines for me. Not only that, but he offered to talk to Columbia Gas when the gas was turned back on to explain to them what he had repaired to ensure everything went smooth and everyone was on the same page. I highly, highly recommend Phil and am absolutely keeping his number as a preferred vender. There’s some people out there that make your life easier when issues come up, and Phil is one of those people!

I worked with Austin, he kept me in the loop for parts and worked with my hectic schedule to install parts for my shower. Pricing and professionalism are on point, I will be using this company in the future.

We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about. Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

I had Eddie out to repair a leaky waterline. He responded fast, came out diagnosed the problem and He was able to fix the leaks with no issues. He provided a great reliable service. I recommend Eddie and will be using his servies again for future any plumbing issues I may have.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Let me also say to you as a Manager for a World Wide Shipping and Print Company, I have a tendency to very critical of customer service in people. Junior the technician responding was in my book excellent. He was courteous, friendly, wore his PPE and shoe protections and maintained the recommended 6 foot distance. I had my quote quickly. I placed my service call thru Angie's List late late last night, I had a email response within 2 hours and a phone call at 8:00 am. with the technician showing up within an hour.Definitely going in my speed dial for any future needs! Praises to Junior and his company for such excellent response and serviceUpdate 9-14-2020: Got a call this morning saying my tech was on his way.Hour later Michelle called and said tech called in sick. She then worked diligently to get me another tech out today. One hour later Josh showed up to my door and started to fix my problem. It was extensive work where they had to dig into my concrete wall and insert a new drain for my washer (I didn't have one). It took him less than 4 hours to insert my new drain, test all the connections for proper seal and clean up after himself.Like I said before, The customer service, the professionalism from all involved, Junior, Michelle and Josh are above par. Thank you guys for such efficient, prompt and professional service.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
