I have used this company on more than one occasion. The last job that they did for me was a big one. They clearly met my expectations and completed the job to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly and will use them again myself.

After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!

I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. I'm hoping we're all set for a bit, but I'm glad to have him on call just in case!

This was my first time using Jack Woods at the advice of one of my coworkers who has been a customer of theirs for years. Am I glad I did! They installed new toilets throughout my home that I also purchased from them. Not only do they sell top of the line products but their friendliness, service, advice and professionalism from my first phone call to the final install has been nothing short of excellent. If you ever need plumbing work this should be your company!

They did the work quickly and at a reasonable rate... Both the owner and his helper were professional and nice.
I needed a pipe rerouted to get to the new water tank and they did that at a minimal cost and quickly to solve my need.

Miller Ranney is great! We recently moved into our home and have had several issues. Miller-Ranney is the company that has been contacted through our ABC Home Warranty. They have had to replace our sump pump and our sewage ejector pump. Each time they have come to our home, they have been great. They will definitely be our official plumbing company to contact with any plumbing issues. So professional. Really great and trustworthy.

Correction; They never gave me an estimate for detection services, invoiced me for 3x the competition. The leak was not found by these professionals, the leak was found by a city employee after ALD's technician allowed water to be turned back on. But don't worry, ALD tried to charge me again to come back out.

Nate was great. Jon gave me a quote via text, super simple, lowest price in town, and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Plumbers and Lowe’s contractors were charging $600-$700 more for labor and materials. Our new water heater works great and it only took Nate 2hrs to inspect, remove, and install everything. Highly recommend. These guys are friendly and efficient.

Rose is trustworthy and professional. I’ve worked with them on a few projects and they’re consistently transparent, honest and easy to work with. Rates have always been reasonable and they’re my go to plumber for renovations and repairs.

Alex was dispatched to my house for a big mess caused by one of ( the so called big companies , who they fixed my main water shut off valve , the valve failed and they never answered my phone, I called the city to turn off my water , then I looked up this company A 3 aces plumbing around 9 pm the understood the mess I’m in and dispatched my savior Alex he was able to replace the main valve , they didn’t charge my any overtime, for coming so late, if I can give more than 5 stars ? I would , thumps ?

This company was recommended to us and I really wanted to have a positive experience. Unfortunately after two attempts I have to say I do not recommend their services. First they installed a water heater that began leaking at the top three months later. I was told they only cover their work for 30 days and was required to pay a significant fee for the repair. Secondly they came out to fix what I thought was a broken toilet. They told us it was the drain and they “cleared” it. They then left iams the toilet was completely the same (would not drain). They returned the second time and then decided that we actually need a new toilet. $125 later nothing was fixed and they did not offer an estimate to replace the toilet or inform us of our options. We were just left without a toilet. When I called to discuss this the woman on the other end of the phone was not helpful and quite rude. Eventually she assured me I would receive a call back to explain what the next step should be in the repair job but I never received a call. I am disappointed to say I will Not be using their services again.
