Eric Spencer was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, how to do it and didn't waste any time doing it. Very professional and with a great personality. He completed the air conditioning maintenance and went a step further and looked into a problem I was experiencing with my furnace and actually fixed the issue right then. Very impressed. The most UNPROFESSIONAL people, they were rude did not complete the job, and very unknowledgeable! Do not allow them to work on anything in your home. They come recommended by their friends and family, unfortunately we fell for that! I’ll be reaching out to the better business bureau, and even 6 on your side!

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. The level of professionalism is outstanding and each time they have called to say they were on their way prior to the service window indicated and showed up at the beginning of the service window. BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
